Finally Found You (Josh Dun x Reader)

It was a couple days until the boys were going to their small show.

You were now in bed, staring at the ceiling. Josh had run over to Tyler's for a couple hours just to hang out.

Josh and Tyler had invited you, but you stayed behind. You decided they needed some guy time with each other.

... And there was something you wanted to know.

Something didn't feel right to you. And you didn't know what it was. You were feeling light headed all the time, and even throwing up a little.

You had a couple cravings...

And you suspected the chance that you were pregnant.

The night of your wedding, Josh was very cautious about boundaries. You two weren't careless, but protection wasn't exactly the first thing on your mind.

You stared at the ceiling, eyebrows furrowing.

What if you were? What if you were pregnant?

You had made a trip to the store and bought a box of pregnancy tests. The box contained three tests, and you were nervous to take them.

You were going to find out if you were at some point, but the worst possible outcomes traveled through your mind.

One of your hands slowly made its way to your stomach, and you rested it there while you thought.

After a bit of debating, you decided that it was time to get up and do it.

If you were gonna do it, you needed to do it before Josh got home.

It's not that you were trying to hide it from Josh. But just in case you weren't, then it wouldn't cause any kind of uproar.

A couple more minutes passed before you stood up and went into the bathroom. The box of pregnancy tests were sitting on the bathroom counter, staring you in the face.

You picked up the box, running your thumb over the front of it. You moved your thumb to the end of it, and ripped the corner up.

This was something you were gonna have to do.

Anxiously, you sat on the counter, staring at the ceiling.

You were waiting for the pregnancy tests to give you the results.

You had decided to take all three. There couldn't be any harm in triple checking.

You had to wait about five minutes. Those five minutes, however, felt like five years.

It was finally time......

Your heart fluttered a little at the thought.

You took a deep breath and looked down at the tests.

Positive

Positive
...
.. Positive.

Your heart felt like it had stopped.

You were pregnant. With Josh's baby.

You felt like you could throw up. You were excited of course. However, you and Josh had never talked about children.

What if he didn't want to have a baby? Or what if he was unhappy about it?

Your mind seemed to swirl with possible things that could go wrong, automatically thinking the worse.

However, Josh was a very caring person. And even if it wasn't expected, you were optimistic about the chance he could be excited. You tried to fill your mind with better thoughts...

But your thoughts were interrupted by the door opening and closing.

"(Y/N) I'm hoommmee." Josh announced.

Oh dear.
