Finally Found You (Josh Dun x Reader)

You were sitting on the couch, holding Spencer in your arms.

You couldn't help but smile as you looked at him. His eyes shined just as bright as Josh's did.

"You're eyes are absolutely beautiful. They're so pretty!" You said in a half baby voice. Though he couldn't understand, you didn't mind. You were just glad to be able to hold him and talk to him.

Josh came into the living room, smiling as he saw you with Spencer. "How are my two favorite people doing?" Josh asked, sitting down beside you. "Absolutely awesome. How's our favorite person?" You asked, smiling. "Even better now that I'm with you two." Josh smiled, putting his arm around you.

The two of you talked for a while. Not about anything in particular. You just talked.

It was nice to be able to enjoy this with Josh.

Of all people, Josh was definitely the one you wanted to spend this kind of time with.

Honestly, this was all you ever dreamed of.

A loving husband. A nice house. And a beautiful family.

Every day was a day that you were thankful for Josh. And everyday was a day that you couldn't do it without him.

You thought of the years where you were childhood friends. The years of separation. And the day that you met him again at the local grocery store.

The dates you went on. The times you spent just lying in bed talking. The concerts. And the memories.

This was your version of perfect, and you wouldn't change it for the world.

Josh felt the same way.

The sparkle in your eyes. The memories you made. The milestones you reached.

"I love you (Y/N)." "I love you too Josh."

Josh had finally found what he was dreaming of.

[Honestly this was really short but I wasn't sure what else to do. Im getting pretty emotional just thinking about the whole thing. This is really over.
