Sometimes things happen and there's nothing you can do about it. You feel powerless. You feel alone. You feel lost. But sometimes...all you need is that one person to find you again.
You groaned as you woke up the next morning. You felt something wet on your cheek. Then, you felt it again. You opened your eyes and found both of your cats, Resinilly and Jackson, both standing over you meowing worriedly. You smiled softly at them.
"Sorry, guys. I...ugh...I still feel out of it. A shower will help, but I gotta feed you guys first, don't I?" They hopped off and you gave them their food.
