Alison
'Why is the back lounge locked?,' a voice asked loudly while pulling the door. I opened my eyes and whined when a throbbing pain shot through my brain, making me close my eyes again. 'Hellloooo? Austin?,' the voice I now recognized as Alan's rang again. Austin?! I shot up and looked over my shoulder, watching Austin wake up behind me on the couch just as painfully as I had. He grunted and rubbed his eyes, frowning when he saw me, naked under just a blanket.
'What?!,' he muttered, looking down at his own bare body. I stopped breathing for a moment as our eyes locked and we stared at each other in shock. 'Ali, what are you -'
'Did we -'
'Austin!' The door cracked after a loud thud.
'Fuck,' I muttered and I jumped off the couch to gather my clothes and put them on. Austin did the same and we tried to avoid to look at each other while getting dressed. I pulled my hair up in a ponytail and Austin opened the door, staring at an annoyed Alan.
'The fuck were you doing in there? Why was the door - Alison?!' Alan fell quiet and let his eyes go from Austin to me and back. His gaze lingered and suspicion crept up on his face. He opened his mouth to say something, but Austin silenced him by pushing him aside and walking off. Alan looked at me and I shook my head at him, asking him silently to please shut up. I followed Austin through the bus.
'Hey, where are you going?!,' Alan yelled after us.
'Breakfast!,' Austin answered in a hurry. It wasn't a weird thing for us to do that together.
'Can I come?,' Alan asked.
'No!,' we both yelled back, making Alan put his arms across his chest and leaving him to sulk. I jumped out into the blazing sun, which made my headache go worse in an instant. Austin pulled me around a corner and pushed me into the back of the bus.
'What the fuck happened between us last night?!' His eyes were dark and slightly panicked, the same way I felt.
'I... I don't -'
'Alison, did we -' We stared at each other in fear.
'I guess so...'
'Jesus...' Austin pulled his hands away from me and ran them through his hair. 'I'm sorry. I shouldn't have... I don't know how it happened, it just -'
'- happened,' I softly said. He nodded and sighed.
'It's not that I wanted to take advantage of you while you were being vulnerable,' he whispered with regret in eyes.
'You didn't,' I answered. 'I was there too, we did this together.' His face softened and he bit his lip. I smiled at him a little. 'And... It's not like I had a bad night.' I looked at him from under my eyelashes and saw a small smirk crawl up his lips.
'Nah, me neither...' It fell silent, but it wasn't as heavy as it had been minutes ago. 'So eh...'
'Look, Aust, I don't wanna sound rude, but let this be clear: last night didn't mean anything to me other than being comforted by my best friend.' He chuckled and shook his head.
'Fine. I agree.' I sighed in relief.
'So we're good?'
'We're good. Besides, I don't want to lose one of my best friends over this...' His face lit up with a smile and he extended his arms out to me, and I jumped into his hug. No matter what, this guy would always be my friend.

For what seemed to be the hundredth time this tour I watched Alison walk back to the bus with Austin this morning. Of course she was laughing again, and of course she was holding a coffee like usual. I narrowed my eyes while blowing out smoke, throwing my bud on the ground.
