"...yeah.."
"How come we didn't know this before? Oh, wait do the others know?"
"Yeah they know."
He replied. Iris was disappointed that she didn't know about this before. Now, she really wanted to hear him sing. But right now there was one thing that was also on her mind. Duncan. Why was he here?
"Why are you here?"
Iris turned to him.
"Yeah, what are you planning, Duncan?"
Logan still didn't know what Duncan was doing here. He wouldn't agree to something just because he was bored.
"Well right now, I am thinking about telling Rikky that look who's at his party. I wonder if he knows about her."
He smirks
"Dude, stop it. You and I both know you aren't going to do that."
Logan responds
"Well, I might. Who knows? Just because I forgave you two for trying to kill me, doesn't mean I can't still go against you."
Duncan crosses his arms.
"Right. As if we are grateful to you for forgiving us."
Iris remarks sarcastically rolling her eyes
"You're welcome, darling."
Duncan winks. Iris scrunched her nose in disgust.
"I did not try to kill you, you know. I never had that intention."
Logan adds, ignoring Duncan's response
"Too bad. Because I still want you to die."
Duncan shrugs
"Yeah but you don't want to kill him, right?"
Iris smirks
"Of course I don't. Why would I want to kill my only...."
Duncan stops talking when he realises what he was about to say
"Only what?"
Logan smiles. He knew what he was going to say but it wouldn't hurt to hear him say it.
"Only best friend. There, I said it?"
Duncan scoffs.
"So have you two called a truce?"
Iris inquires
"Something like that. If only Duncan would explain why he came here today."
Logan looks at Duncan.
"Look, he invited me. I heard he was going to do something big and was curious about it. Trust me, I have left all those people and I regret all I did. That's why I am here in front of you two, apologising for all I did."
"But you didn't apologise."
Logan responds
"That...well...I am...."
Logan starts chuckling,
"It's fine. I always knew you'd come back."
"Same. Even after stealing that USB from me you never did anything with it. Besides if Logan trusts you, then I also trust you."
Iris retorts
"That's because it didn't feel right to me...."
Duncan speaks in a low voice after which he takes out a small box from his pocket and pulls out a cigarette.
