In A Matter Of Seconds [Under Editing]

"There's been a pipeline breach. Hartley's escaped."

Emely stared at the empty cell as Cisco went down. Emely and Caitlin stayed in the Cortex and minutes later, Emely heard a thud behind her and saw Hartley. He stared at the gloves and she quickly raced for it.

Her and Hartley got into a fist fight and Hartley ended up punching Emely's face and giving her a bruise and taking the gloves and leaving after transferring the files onto a hard drive.

In pain, Emely called Barry.

"Hey Baby. What's going on?"

"We have a problem." She winced at the pain in her cheek.

Barry noticed Emely's wince and he sped to S.T.A.R Labs.

When he got there, he noticed that Emely's cheek was bruised.

"Baby, who did this to you? And what happened to Caitlin? Where's Cisco and Dr. Wells?" Emely sighed.

"Hartley got out. I don't know where Dr. Wells is. Hartley took the gloves which is how I got the bruise. We fought." Barry nodded as Caitlin got back up.

"Hey, are you okay?" Caitlin nodded. 

"Cisco and Dr. Wells." Barry sped after them.

"Emely, what happened? Did Hartley punch you?" Emely nodded. 

"We got into a fight." Caitlin grazed the bruise.

Emely winced she felt the pain just by simply grazing it. Cisco was okay after he was placed on the medical bed. Dr. Wells came in and took the blame.

"Hartley doesn't think that I've paid for my crimes. He's right. He won't stop until I do." Dr. Wells turned to roll away.

"Where are you going?" Dr. Wells looked at Emely

"To earn back your trust." When Barry and Emely came back from their date, Caitlin and Cisco had told Emely and Barry what Dr. Wells had said to them when they were gone.

Emely and Barry went to CCPD to watch and listen as Dr. Wells gave a press conference.

"You already know, then, the circumstances that led to the explosion of the S.T.A.R Labs particle accelerator. Or rather, you think you do. Now, the comission's finding was that the catastrophe was caused by a chain of events that nobody could have predicted, including myself. Truth is, I was warned there was a chance that the particle accelerator might fail. I was warned by a former colleague. A friend. I chose to ignore the warning, and in so doing, I let down all of you. As a new friend pointed out," Dr. Wells looked at Barry, "I failed this city. I failed this city and I failed those who have trusted me the most. But coming forward today, it's my hope in taking the first step toward regaining that trust. And your trust as well. Are there any questions?" 

Barry looked at his girlfriend who was staring at the floor.

"Baby, you okay?" Emely continued to stare

"Baby?" 

"Let's go back to S.T.A.R Labs." 

They went back and waited for Hartley to contact them, which he did minutes later. The five of them listened intently to every word coming out of his mouth. 

"This is between you, me and the Flash. Oh, and we can't forgot little Emely Hart, the Flash's fake lover." Barry clenched his jaw and pulled Emely close to him.
