In A Matter Of Seconds [Under Editing]

"Okay, so, I retrofitted the cooling system the cooling system with the wheelchair's power source to create an energy damper."

"Which means what exactly?"

"The back of this rig is being flooded with so much power, it's creating a transient pulse strong enough to disrupt the meta-human's powers. We can get them to the airport wand on the plane without them getting fresh. We need someone with a Class A Commercial Driver's license to drive this." 

"I can drive it." Everyone looked at Lisa. 

"What? I have a Class A CDL." Emely shrugged

"Okay." 

The meta-humans were struck with a gas that made them unconscious. And it turns out that Tony Woodward wasn't dead after all...

Everyone got geared up and ready to head out. Emely rode with Caitlin and Joe in the car. Lily rode with Cisco and Lisa in the truck. Snart rode by himself on a motorcycle and Barry sped up ahead, clearing the path for them. 

The metas had awaken and Mardon started to pick a fight with basically everyone in there. Everyone got to the airport safely, the metas were still powerless...for now. 

The plane was is visible sight shortly after, but trouble soon arose as the metas started getting their powers back. Cisco was alerted and ran out of the truck.

"Guys. Guys, we have a problem."

"Let me guess. The metas got their powers back and shit's about to hit the fan?" 

There was lightning in the sky which messed up the plane and let it crash.

"Bitch, I guessed it." Emely muttered as the back door of the truck opened. 

One by one, the meats began to exit the truck, using their powers to hurt everyone. Emely had to grip Caitlin's body as Bivolo had whammied her and she began to attack Cisco. Barry dealt with Nimbus, Shawna left, and Mardon and Simmons attacked Barry, who got hit by a lightning bolt, ironic, isn't it?

Simmons was about to fire plasma, but when he turned to face Bivolo and Mardon, they saw his face had been blasted with ice. Snart had fired his cold gun at Simmons and aimed it at the two remaining metas. 

"How about we call tonight a tie?" Bivolo's eyes turned red, but soon faded back to normal as Lisa placed her gold gun at his head. 

Snart let them go and Emely took this time to rush over to Barry.

"Baby, are you okay? What hurts?" 

"He lied to us." Emely glanced at Snart.

"He's a criminal, bebz. He's a liar. He robs people and hurts them. You didn't really think he would change, did you? It's like asking a hoe to change, even though you know they won't." Snart looked at Barry then back to Emely.

"She's right, but who knows. Maybe I'll change. Maybe I won't."

"Yeah, right. I'd like to see the day that you actually stopped being such a douche."

"And I'll give you a call if I do." 

Snart and Lisa left on the motorcycle, leaving team Flash with the Reverse-Flash to deal with. 

They all returned to S.T.A.R Labs, and Emely found her boyfriend sitting in what once was a prison for metas. 

"Hey, baby." Emely sat next to Barry.

"I know that this didn't turn out the way you expected it to, but at least the metas are gone. I mean, they'll probably go into hiding for awhile, then we have to catch them again, but we have a speedster dubbed the Reverse-Flash to deal with."
