Chapter 52

They both sat down after ordering their coffees, and stared at one another. 

"Barry, we need to talk." He tensed up, which Emely noticed

"I'm not breaking up with you." Barry sighed in relief. 

"Do you wanna have sex?" Barry almost choked on his coffee

"W-what?"

"Do you wanna sex?" Barry cleared his throat. 

"I think that we should do it when we're ready." Emely nodded

"Which would be when exactly?" 

"Whenever we feel that we should take that step." Barry and Emely's phones buzzed with a message saying that they needed to get back to S.T.A.R Labs immediately

"How do we stop them?" 

The robotic bee was on the move and its destination was on Mercury Labs.

"She's gotta be remotely piloting those bees from somewhere." 

"We need to stop this bug eyed glasses woman and her team of mini bandits." Emely looked at Cisco and Ray

"Bug-Eyed Bandit." 

"She's in an abandoned warehouse." Dr. Wells turned to Barry

"Barry, you have to take out Brie. It's the only way to stop them." 

"What about Dr. McGee?" 

"The defilibrator in your suit is broken. You cannot risk going near Mercury Labs."

"The bees can't penetrate my suit." Ray looked at Barry

"I'll go."

"Whoa. We haven't tested out the new power system yet."

"We'll do it now." Cisco nodded

"I'm following you."

"I'm driving." Caitlin stood up, while Emely turned to Barry

"Be safe." Barry nodded as Emely gave him a kiss

"I love you." Barry smiled

"I love you." Ray went to Mercury Labs as Barry went to the warehouse. 

Emely stayed behind at S.T.A.R Labs with Dr. Wells and Felicity. 

"Felicity, can you jam their frequency?" 

"I already tried, but I might be able to redirect them onto a new target. Ray, get ready for incoming." 

"We have the technology."

As Ray led the bees away from Mercury Labs, Barry confronted Brie.

"It's over, Brie. I know you're trying to kill Dr. McGee. You think that she betrayed you. I can imagine how that feels."

"You think you understand the sting of betrayal? I'll show you what it means to be stung." 

Brie had more bees and made them chase after him. 

"Barry." Barry prepared himself for the impact of their stingers, to find them just hovering in the air. 

"Barry, Felicity hacked into the bees' frequency. She's controlling them." 

Brie noticed it too and quickly went to take back control.

"I'm the queen of this hive." 

"Oh, she's good. She's like my nemesis. I've never had a nemesis before. I kinda like it." As Felicity was fighting over control with Brie, Cisco was helping Ray with his bee situation.
