"Jiminie, I know you are awake" Hoseok murmured lying on the bed next to the younger.
Jimin giggled, opening his eyes, looking at the older.
It was pouring outside. The raindrops hitting the window in a rhythmic pattern.
"Hyung, do you remember the days when we were just friends?"
Hoseok was surprised to hear this question. 'Where is this going?' he thought as he turned and faced Jimin, fiddling with his fingers.
"How can I forget those days?" he smiled.
The younger started humming a song. Hoseok closed his eyes, focusing on Jimin's voice. It was beautiful. The song was about the pains one had to go through when they were in love.
Jimin stopped singing abruptly and looked at Hoseok. The older's eyes fluttered open.
"Why did you stop?" he questioned curiously. "I am not a good singer!" Jimin squeaked as he covered his face with his blanket.
Hoseok pulled the blanket away, "Jiminie, why do you always think so low about yourself?" he asked then continued before Jimin could answer, "I remember how you thought you weren't a good dancer when you joined my classes. But look at you now, you are one of the best dancers I have ever seen. It's the same with your singing. I absolutely love it when you hum random songs."
"You have heard me before?" Jimin's eyes widened in shock.
"Of course silly!" the older giggled, starting a tickle fight with the younger.
"Ah! H-hyung st-stop it!" Jimin barely managed to speak, laughing uncontrollably at the older's actions.
Both of them laid down next to each other, breathless.
Hoseok turned around and pulled Jimin closer to his chest.
"Jimin, at times I think if we made a mistake getting together" he murmured, running his fingers through the other's pink fluffy hair.
"We didn't. We both knew we wanted something more than friendship. If we never tried, we would always question ourselves for not trying" Jimin looked up to see the older staring at him.
"I'm just a bit... scared" Hoseok responded with a sigh.
"Scared of?" Jimin asked turning to face Hoseok.
"I'm scared that you will find someone you really love and then leave me, before I find anyone" Hoseok answered focusing his attention on the window, his eyes following the raindrops sliding down the smooth glass, reminding him of tears falling from a person's eyes.
