"Guys!" Jin exclaimed, quickly looking up from his phone.

Namjoon, Taehyung and Jungkook turned their attention to the oldest. They were all lazing around in Taehyung's apartment, not in the mood to do anything but lie down and relax. That was their favorite way to kill time.

"My sister is coming to town this weekend! It's her birthday and she wanted to celebrate it with us!" Jin said excitedly.

"Jisoo is coming?!" Namjoon sat up straight with a big grin.

Jungkook's face lit up too. He really liked Jin's younger sister. She was as compassionate and loving as her brother and the siblings seemed to get their sense of humor from the same ridiculous joke book.

"Yup!" Jin exclaimed spiritedly.

"Uh... yay!" Taehyung added to the excitement although he had never met Jin's sister, he was sure she would be as pleasant as him.

"Oh Taehyung, sorry I forgot you don't know her!" Jin giggled, "At the moment, she is staying with my parents in our hometown but has applied to a college in this city! I so wish she gets in! She wants to pursue a career in music and I'm sure she'll make our family proud!" he beamed as he spoke like the proud older brother he was.

"Um, Joon hyung... you'll be comfortable with her right?" Jungkook asked with a smug look on his face and mock concern.

Taehyung picked up the clue from his tone. Namjoon and Jisoo must have had some past. 'Well, more tease-worthy content' he thought smirking, "Ah... why would Joonie not be comfortable with her?" he asked Jungkook.

Jin burst out laughing, thinking about the whole mess he had created two years back.

Namjoon hid his face behind a pillow, still embarrassed with what had happened.

"Tae, let me tell you..." Jin started but Jungkook cut him off, "No! Jin hyung, you just don't know how to narrate this story the right way... let me do the honors!" the youngest snickered as he narrated the events that took place two years back.

"Namjoon! For once get your ass up and go out for a walk! Always sitting in front of your laptop and not doing anything! Do you know how unhealthy it is to not move all day?!" Jin was furious as he spoke animatedly. He had been having a rough day. A customer had managed to damage one of his machines, a kid accompanying his parents had spilt milkshake all over his shop's floor and the parents hadn't even bothered to apologize, and to top it all off, he now saw Namjoon lazily lying on the couch, in the same position he had left him in the morning.

The younger jumped when Jin spoke. He had seen him angry before but today, he was manic.

"H-Hyung please calm down!" Namjoon stuttered, "I didn't have anything else to do all day... you know how bored I get during the vacations..." he tried to pout, maybe if he looked apologetic enough, the older would calm down.

"Yah Joonie! Try going out instead of staying cooped up in your house. Go meet yours friends, go on a date... do anything other than sticking to your laptop all the time!" Jin yelled, he could never bare to see someone waste their time by doing nothing. Yes, he loved to relax once in a while, but Namjoon had been relaxing for way too long.

"But hyung... you guys are my only friends and you all are busy" Namjoon sighed, "and you know I don't know anyone who would be interested in going on a date with me" he added, trying to defend himself.

"Namjoon! You know how much I hate it when you say silly things like that!" Jin roared, his anger rising.

'Bad idea! Bad idea!' Namjoon's brain was sending him distress signals, warning him to make a run for it while he still had the chance. He knew Jin hated it when he spoke about how no one liked him. Jin always wanted him to be confident about himself.

"You know what?! I just had an idea!" Jin abruptly exclaimed, his mood changing dramatically.

"My sister Jisoo is coming to town tomorrow! You should probably go out with her!" Jin said, but Namjoon stiffened, his mind already arriving at the conclusion of this conversation. He knew where Jin was going with this.

"Uh... but hyu—" Namjoon tried to reject the offer but Jin cut him off, "No if's and but's! I won't be able to spend much time with her because of all the work I have, and I trust you enough to give you permission to go on a date with my sister. I don't think any older brother out there would do this! But I know how nice you are Joonie! Way better than those brats out there who might hurt her!" as Jin rambled on, Namjoon couldn't tell the older that he, in reality, was hundred percent not interested in dating women.

"Cool then. I expect you to meet her tomorrow evening" Jin said walking out of the room, not giving Namjoon the chance to say no and leaving him with no other option but to meet Jin's sister. He didn't want to further trigger Jin's temper.

*back to present *

"Well, to say the whole situation was a hilarious mess, is an understatement" Jungkook laughed, "Joon hyung got ready and met Jisoo nuna the next day, both had an extremely awkward time together, not knowing what to talk about after all the small talk was over, until nuna suddenly blurted out that she was, in fact, not exactly interested in men!" by the time Jungkook finished the story, Taehyung had slipped off the bed onto the floor, his head on Jungkook's lap, as he laughed hysterically at how embarrassing things must have been for the two back then.

Jin hid his face in his hands to conceal the blush creeping across his face from humiliation. Namjoon was still hid behind his pillow muttering something inaudible as he attempted to kick Jungkook for bringing up the old story.

It had been a while since he and Taehyung had broken up, and today, he really understood how right they had been in taking the decision to part ways. Taehyung appeared happier than he had ever seen him.

Taehyung looked the happiest when he was with Jungkook.
