Uncertain Present.

Dolos stands silently in the Courtyard, looking up in the sky, not at the Traveler. It had been three months since his fight with Frederick, and things were not looking very good for the City and it's Guardians.

Clearing out the lying pest only exacerbated the mistrust between the Civilians and the Vanguard and Guardians. Sense Dolos was the face of the Guardians, he was a prime target to the Civilians, who did not hesitate to throw things at him or swear at him from the streets. He didn't like it, at all. He was too afraid of the consequences to stop it though.

While this was going on, Gate had been restless looking for any lead or sign on Delilah, who was now a wanted Warlock. She betrayed Gate, and also caused the Dulling. This is why Dolos wanted to help Gate find her, but also because Dolos cared about Gate, after hearing the stories of what he went through.

After a few days of Dolos having these thoughts, Gate found something: a signal way out on the coast of Italy. How did he know it was Delilah? It came from her ship. If it wasn't her, at least it's a place to start.

Gate walks up next to Dolos on the Courtyard Balcony.

"I found something."

Dolos turns to look over at him.

"In Italy. Her ship."

"How are you sure?" Dolos speaks.

"The tag on the ship is from her's. I thought that even if it isn't her, it's at least something."

"Okay. Let's go."

Dolos begins to walk to the Hangar, but Gate stops him.

"Thank you for helping me, Dolos."

Dolos looks back at him.

"Don't mention it."

Both of them walk into the Hangar. They walk down towards Gate's personal ship, which hadn't been used since his time in Andromeda.

"Here she is. It's been too long."

"Why haven't you used her after all this time?"

"Everywhere I went was in someone else's ship or on the H.E.L.M, so why use my own?"

"Mhm."

After a few frames fix up the ship, Gate and Dolos fly into orbit, waiting a few minutes before flying back down towards Italy.

It was early morning once they reached the coast of southern Genoa.

"Wow, still looks beautiful." Gate mumbles.

Dolos had to admit, it was pretty, but he wasn't focused on that. He hadn't been focused on beauty in a very, very long time.

Gate looks down at the ground from the cockpit, noticing the bright red of a ship. It wasn't Delilah's, so who's was it?

"There's a ship down there. It isn't hers." Gate speaks to Dolos.

"So?"

"Makes you think who else would be here of all places."

"Mhm." Dolos thinks who would be there of all places. Guardians? Someone else looking for Delilah? Or just explorers? Dolos feels an eagerness to look around this ship.

"Go down there. To the red ship." He tells Gate.

"What? Why? It isn't hers."

"I'd like to look at it." Dolos says, sounding sarcastic. He was not good at sounding serious, even though he doesn't remember feeling real emotion in a long time.

Gate begins to tense up, but ultimately decides to do what Dolos says, lowering the ship to land in the sand of the deep beaches of Genoa. They both leave the ship.

Dolos immediately feels the strong wind of the ocean. He had never felt anything quite like it. Gate stares at him.

"You too?" He asks.

Dolos just looks at him, not saying anything.

They both hike up to the cliff that the red ship rested on.

The ship puzzled them. It was built from different techniques used by Fallen, but was also fitted with various parts only found within the Tower Hangars. Even that, and the ship looked too old to be built by the House of Light.

Dolos looked at it closely, he felt the need to.

"We're wasting our time man. This has nothing to do with Delilah."

"Give me a moment, please."

Gate calms himself, sitting down on a rock nearby. As he begins to relax, he notices movement in the cliffs above. He jumps up, pulling out Ace of Spades. Dolos is quick to charge Light Energy throughout his hands.

"What do you see?"

"Something, somethings. Up there." Gate points up to the cliffs.

Dolos watches closely between the rocks, noticing a very faint glare of a visor. He looks over at Gate, nodding to tell him. Gate nods back and they slowly move in. Gate to the left, Dolos to the right. As they begin to get close to the rocks, they both jump over them, aiming at a red clad titan, who had been watching them.

"Woah woah woah! This something you really wanna do mate?" The Titan yells out with her hands up. She had an Australian accent, but it would only come out when she raised her voice.

Dolos feels a familiarity to this Titan. He doesn't know why.

"Who the hell are you?" Gate demands.

"Should I reallyyy tell you?"

Gate doesn't move, his aim unmoved.

"I'm Brutus. That's all you need to know."

"Were you following us?"

"No! No...well...sorta."

"Why?!" Gate gets more angry.

"Gate." Dolos says.

"What?"

"Enough."

Gate glares at Dolos for a second, but ultimately puts away Ace of Spades.

Brutus stands up, and turns to face Dolos.

"You're...him. Aren't you?"

"Yes. I am me."

"No that isn't what I meant."

"Then what do you mean?"

"I.." Brutus looks at Dolos, then Gate.

"Let me just show you something first." Brutus begins walking up the mountain.

"Should we follow her?" Gate asks Dolos.

Dolos doesn't reply, he just follows her. Gate follows him.

When they reach the summit, Brutus shows them out in the distance: a Pyramid, sitting in the sea, alone.

"Another thing to add to the list then?" Gate comments.

Dolos looks at him.

"Indeed."
