The air here is not anymore fresh than Remnant. I guess the air in Remnant is not as polluted as it is on Earth, which is why I could not smell the difference. I mean, the propellant in Remnant is Dust, which is a clean source of energy.

Now, I know where the dungeon is, but I need information. I need to know if anyone can enter the dungeon or only those within a Familia because if it is the latter, I would have to search for a means to sneak in and complete the 100th floor.

Welp! There is only one source of all information about the dungeon, and that's the guild. I have no other choice but to head there. The question is, where is it? I checked my [Map] to see where it was, and I clicked on it and set it to show me the direction. Literally, in my vision, there are arrows on the ground that tell me where to go. This is so convenient! More convenient than a GPS! Since I don't have to look at a device to tell me where to go!

I headed in the direction I was being shown, and I arrived in no time. It was not too far from my position. Well, not far for me since I have an insane amount of stamina, and I am pretty quick on my feet. Anyway, I headed inside to see what I was working with. The line was not long.

I can see many different types of people in the queue. I can see many different types of Demi-human. One had the ears of a wolf, another with rounded ears. Oh! I can see an elf who isn't Eina! I should really reel myself in. I don't want to go all fanboy.

It took me twenty minutes before it was my turn to be served. I looked at the woman in front of me, and I recognised her. She was the one from the show who did not like making a connection with her adventurers due to the trauma of them dying one after the other. Sheesh! That is quite harsh to experience. I get why she closed off her desire to connect with adventurers and merely stay professional.

"My name is Rose Fannett. Since you are in line for new adventurers, I would be your adviser," said Rose. She looked at me as if she was judging how long before I would kick the bucket. Although, that's just my thoughts. I do know that she cares about adventurers to some extent.

"My name is Jaune Arc. As you already know, I am new to Orario and about being an adventurer. I have a few questions I would like clarified, if that is okay with you," I said. I really hope I don't have to sneak into the dungeon every time I go there.

"That is what I am here for. I shall answer all your questions," Rose said. She looked every bit professional.

"Thanks in advance. So, in regards to the dungeons, do I have to be in a Familia to be able to enter?" I asked. I like being straight to the point. Why bother going around in circles?

"Not necessarily. Some supporters are not part of any Familia as they are seen as too weak, but they are still allowed to enter. However, in my opinion, it is best not to enter without a Familia as the benefits do not outweigh the risk," answered Rose. She really did not have a change in her expression.

"That's great! So, that means I can just enter any time I want. Cool! Cool! Cool! Now, do you have any information on the monsters on each floor?" I asked. I mean, I do need to know about the monsters since I would need to prepare. I am strong, no doubt, but one must always have CONSTANT VIGILANCE!

"We have until the 59th floor, but nothing more than that," said Rose. I can see that she was worried about selling me such information, but then again, I don't have anything to buy it. I would have to head into the dungeon to gather some magic stones; then, I'll be able to buy the information I need. I may have been a man from Earth, but that doesn't mean I know all the information of this world.

"Alright. Next question. What do I need to be able to sell in the guild?" I asked.

"You would first have to register. Normally, you would first search for a Familia, then register, but I can tell you don't want to be tied down to a group. Therefore, a simple registration in the guild would be sufficient," said Rose. That was good. I don't have to be part of a Familia to register at the guild.

"Thanks for all the information. I'll go ahead and register," I said. I know I could probably sell the magic stone elsewhere, but that would be a hassle. This is more efficient.

Rose handed me a piece of paper and a quill. It was a simple form. It contains only name, age, sex, and race. Nothing complicated like where I came from, because I would not be able to answer that. After I finished the form, I handed it back to Rose. She nodded at me and processed the form.

"You're good to go. If you need to sell anything to the guild, they would only ask for your name. Lastly, since you are a new adventurer, I need to ask. Do you require equipment? We do offer equipment loans for a cheap price," said Rose.

"That's alright. I have my own set of equipment," I replied. For the first time, Rose had a look of shock. That's the first facial expression I have seen her make.

Rose bowed at me and told me we were done. I bowed as well and headed to the dungeon. I used the [Map] again to give me directions to the dungeon. As I exited the guild, I took out my sword from my inventory. I did need to kill a few monsters to be able to make a few Valis to rent a room at an inn. It's a shame that I do not have a way to convert Lien to Valis.

Arriving at the dungeon entrance, there were many people, excessive amounts of people. They were all lining up to enter. It was a shock not to see anyone fighting to enter first. Then again, there are guards around who are monitoring everyone. I guess the only ones who would be bold enough to cause problems are high-level adventurers. Looking around, I don't see anyone that would qualify. Using [Observe] showed me that they are all in the realm of levels two and three.

It would take another hour before I would get a chance to enter the dungeon. No matter, I was already in. No need to fret about the little things. The moment I stepped foot in the dungeon, I was met with a few goblins and kobolds. They were not even as strong as the Grimm on Remnant, but they seemed to be smarter. They like to be in groups to be able to overwhelm their targets.

With my Long Reach in hand, I slayed the monsters before me. They would give me 1 EP, which is nothing. I mean, the Grimm in the simulator is stronger. Even those in the wild were stronger than the goblins and kobolds. But I have to keep in mind that I am just on the highest floor.

It did not take me long to reach the second floor. I continued onwards. There was nothing strong enough to even stop me. I would slay any monster that would come my way, and my [Auto Loot] would store all that I have gained in my {Inventory}. This continued until I reached the fourth floor, where some idiots saw my weapon's capability of shifting into a spear. They believe it would be worth money, which it would probably will, but I have no desire to give them anything.

Being attacked in the dungeon on my first day was not on my agenda, but I attacked them as well. I have killed people during my travels. Bandits were aplenty outside the kingdoms. They were the main cause of Grimm attacks. They would plunder villages and cause negativity to attract Grimm to hide their tracks. These people were no different.

Our weapons clashed. It was obvious that my weapon outclassed theirs. For every blow they struck on my sword, their weapons would chip, while mine would remain intact. One of the men decided to use one of his skills to backstab me, but I shifted my sword into a spear and spun it behind me, cutting off his head. I may have killed, but it was never a pleasant feeling, but sometimes, it is what you have to do. The way they co-ordinated, this was not their first time.

Seeing one of his buddies get killed, the other one got pissed and charged at me. I simply put my spear's point in his direction, and he impaled himself. After that was done, I moved on to the next floor. This was the floor the minotaur chased Bell...

And there he is...being chased by the minotaur.

"G-get out of the way! There is a minotaur!" shouted Bell. He was in front of me and did not want me to get caught up in it. I sighed and rushed to the minotaur and bisected it.

Bell stared at me in amazement. I shook my head and continued forward. I looked at my {Inventory}, and I saw the minotaur horn. It should fetch quite a price.

Up ahead, I can see someone heading my way quickly. I already knew who it was. Ais Wallenstein. The love interest of Bell Cranel. Well, I already killed the minotaur, meaning things would probably be different. She looked at me.

"Did you happen to see a minotaur?" asked Ais. She looked at me to check if I might have engaged it.

"I did. It was chasing a young man, but I took care of it," I replied. I did not want to get tangled in their events. So, I just let her be on her own. I have my own things to do.

I hummed as I descended to the next floor. This isn't so bad.
