There are only a few more days before the start of Beacon, and I'm enjoying all that I can before the school starts. I'm actually planning a date for Hephaestus, our first one here in Remnant. Unlike in Orario, which was a place that did not have many ways of entertainment, here, there are many things that I could do to make our date enjoyable.

This date planning is why I'm out and about. I'm searching for a nice restaurant to set a romantic mood, though I could also prepare dinner for us again, as she liked the last meal I made. Hmm... Since Hephaestus has never been to a cinema, that might be one of the places we could visit. I wonder what movies she would like?

While heading to the next venue, I was surprised by a call from Saphron. Although it was unexpected, she had been urging me to connect more often during the first semester. I suspect I know the reason, but I'll let her share it in her own words. I answered the call.

"Hey, Saph!" I exclaimed with excitement. It's great to hear from her after being away from Remnant for seven months.

"Jaune! Where have you been? We've been trying to reach you for the last two days!" Saph exclaimed, her concern evident in her voice. She has always been the sister I feel closest to. While I sometimes think we might be a bit too close, I don't mind that. After all, I donated my sperm to help them have a child. To be fair, I was upfront about it before I regained memories from my previous life.

"Well, that's on me. I haven't charged my scroll in quite some time," I said. I had been in Orario for months! There was no opportunity to charge my scroll. Then, after returning, I got so used to not using it that I forgot to recharge. I only charged it last night and switched it on just this morning.

"I understand there's nothing I can change about that. However, I'm reaching out because Terra, Adrian, and I have been in Vale for a few days. We've been trying to get in touch, as I wanted to visit you during your vacation. Currently, we are at the M. Grande Hotel. Can we meet right now, or are you busy?" Saphron asked. She was at the M. Grande Hotel? That's where Hephaestus and I stayed recently. How did we miss each other?

"No, I'm not busy. I can come to you right now. I'll be there shortly," I said to her. The M. Grande Hotel was close by, so it wouldn't take long to get there. Besides, I can look for my date venues later. I haven't seen or heard from Saph in months, and I miss her a lot. She has been the only sister who has openly supported my dreams. I hung up the call and made my way downtown. The M. Grande Hotel is quite easy to spot since it is the biggest and tallest building in the area.

When I arrived, I called Saph, and she mentioned she would be coming down. Since I wasn't a hotel guest, I couldn't access the elevator area. Their security is quite effective, which is likely a reason Saph selected this hotel, despite the high cost.

Within two minutes, I spotted a familiar head of blonde hair. While blonde isn't an uncommon hair colour, the particular shade and its upkeep were distinctly my doing back in our younger days, when they treated me like their personal butler and stylist. Still, I say I did great! Before I could even react, I was tackled into a hug. It was nice.

"It's great to see you again!" Saph exclaimed, showing no signs of letting go. Her embrace tightened with each passing moment, yet I remained still because it didn't hurt. However, anyone else in my position might have been overwhelmed.

"I missed you, too," I said. I smiled at her, and she returned it.

"Look at you! You look fantastic! Training must be going well!" Saph teased. I feel her hands exploring different areas of my body. Strangely, I don't mind it.

We made our way to their floor, which was quite high. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Terra, who was holding up Adrian. I lifted the little guy into my hands; he was incredibly cute.

"Who is this little guy? He is adorable," I said. I was tickling Adrian, who loved the affection.

"This is Adrian; he is the reason we're here. I wanted to introduce him to you. Jaune, I won't lie, this is a crucial matter. Perhaps you should take a seat so we can discuss it in detail," Saphron said. I could tell she was somewhat anxious, probably concerned about how I might react to the news she was about to share.

For the next hour, I absorbed everything Saphron and Terra shared with me, all while holding Adrian close. He was so adorable, and I couldn't bear to let him go, especially after Saphron affirmed my suspicion that he is indeed my son. After our long discussion, I looked at Adrian, smiled, and embraced him. He is my son, and there's no way I wouldn't love and care for him. I'm not a bad person, though I might come off as a bit selfish because I intend to pursue a harem.

"Is that all?" I asked. Saphron and Terra looked at me and nodded.

"You really didn't need to worry. He's my son, and there's nothing that could make me reject him, even if, hypothetically, he were our child, Saph," I remarked with a smirk and a wink. I chuckled, knowing she might be surprised that I was aware of her feelings towards me. She's not nearly as discreet as she believes.

"Oh, my, Oum! You know about that! I knew someone was walking by!" said Saph. She could not believe I knew about it.

"I already knew about it. You're honestly the least sneaky person I know. You were doing that in the bathroom without ensuring the door was fully shut. I heard everything," Terra said with a laugh. Saph may be her wife, but that didn't stop her from teasing her.

"Oh, come on! You really believe I'm oblivious to the fact that you occasionally think of Jaune during your leisure activities? I'm well aware of it!" declared Saphron, her demeanour radiating triumph as she observed the shock evident on Terra's face.

"Okay, let's not talk about that right now. We have a more pressing matter. How long are you guys staying in Vale?" I asked. If they are going to be here for a long time, then I would love for them to stay with me and Hephaestus. Plus, a hotel is not the best place for a baby. Back in the house, I can provide Adrian with everything he needs.

"Initially, we were only supposed to be here until the new semester started, but my reassignment to Beacon's CCTS has altered our plans. Therefore, we will be here for the long term," Terra explained to me. This must have been a significant opportunity for her and Saph.

"Additionally, this opportunity allows Adrian to be near his father. He would benefit from your presence as he grows up," Terra added.

"If that's the situation, you and Saph should gather your belongings so we can go to my house in Vale. It would provide a better setting for Adrian. Additionally, there are quality daycare options close to my place if Saph ever wants to return to work," I said. I'm uncertain if she wants to work again, but it's an option for her. Moreover, if she finds the daycare unsuitable, Hephaestus can take care of Adrian.

"You have a house!" exclaimed Saphron and Terra in unison. Until now, they had been saving for a down payment on a house in Argus, where the prices are significantly lower than in Vale. Still, I managed to own a house. Oh, they are going to be in for quite the surprise when we arrive there.
