Dan stared at the message in horror. He wanted to curl up in a ball and cry, but he couldn't do that else he'd wake Phil up who was resting his head on Dans chest.
No way was Dan going to see his father. Not after what he did to him, especially is Phil wasn't allowed to go with him.
All the horrid memories flooded back to Dan like one big wave.
All his anger built up. Why the hell would his mum expect him to go and see the man who wrecked Dans life?

I'm not coming. Why would you even think I'd come and see him? Phil is family by the way! In fact his parents care about me more than you guys ever did and you know that.
