Ten minutes was up so Phil unlocked the door and stood inside his apartment.

"I'm back Dan.."

"Why did you leave me"

Dans voice was coming from Phils bedroom.

"Cause you were annoying me"

Phil walked in to see Dan curled up wearing Phils Jake hoodie clutching onto the little lion teddy.

"Oh Dan... tell me why you did it"

"No... it's far too embarrassing."

Dan glanced at the clock. It was quarter to three. His body filled with panic.. should he tell Phil?
Dan leaned forward hugging Phil.

"Don't make me g-go plea..please.. I don't want to leave you."

"What are you going on about?"

"My m-mum wants me see my d-dad cause it's his birthday... they said that they have found me a new house and I'll have to leave you"

"Dan... you've told me you had bad experiences with you parents but never told me what.."

"My dad raped me. My dad assaulted me. I was beaten up by my own father."

Phils eyes widened. How did he only just find this out?

"Your not going bear. Your staying with me in our house ok?"

"B..but they said they would find us if I didn't go at 3"

"Let them."

"Phil they will hurt you!"

"Let them."

"No no no you don't understand"

Dan was full on crying now into Phils shoulder. He dreaded to think what his father would do to Phil.

"Shh. I have an idea."

A few moments later Phil came off the Phone.

"Pack a suitcase.. we are staying at my parents house for a while."

Phil kissed Dans forehead and got up to start packing.

"Erm Ph-"

"Not now Dan.. go pack"

Dan blushed slightly and ran into his room flinging clothes into his case, not caring about how messy it all was.

10 minutes later they were ready.

"Come on then Dan"

"Dan??"

"Phil ...My parents are on their way."

"Stuff them! Come on.. my mums meeting us at the train station."

"Phil... you go. I'll be fine."

Phil grabbed Dans suitcase and started wheeling it out the door.

"Come on bear.. my parents can't wait to see you."

Dan decided he might as well go with Phil but he had a bad feeling about his Dad.

They walked to the train station only making small talk. They had nothing to discuss.

"PHIL! DAN! Your here!"

Phils mother grabbed Dan and Phil into a warm welcoming hug and reassured them they would be fine.

The drive back to Phils, parents house was quiet apart from the odd question from Phils mother.

It was a long drive and Dan couldn't stay awake.
He slept peacefully resting his head on Phils shoulder with Phils arms around him.

He was safe.

Yet again.
Phil Lester had saved him.
