Damian's pov

"I have to go for dinner unfortunately beloved." I said.

"Okay! Have fun with the Titans Dami!" Jon said. I smiled at his cheeriness.

"I'll try. Goodbye beloved." I said.

"Bye Dami I love you!" Jon blew a kiss at the screen. I smiled.

"I love you too." I said before ending the FaceTime on my phone.

"Damian are you coming?" Raven asked from my doorway.

I glanced at her. How long has she been there?

"Don't I get any privacy around here?" I said standing up.

"Of course I just came to get you for dinner." She said. I scoffed, small panic rising in my chest. I'm not completely out of of the closet yet. My family knows that I'm gay and that's about it. Jon and I have been dating for about five months. 

"How much of my private conversation did you hear?" I asked, crossing my arms and emphasizing the word 'private'.

Raven raised an eyebrow. "I didn't hear any. The walls are mostly soundproof here. Especially around the bedrooms." She answered.

"-TT- I know that. But you were standing in my doorway." I said with a glare. Raven sighed.

"We have privacy rules Damian. I promise I wasn't listening in." She said. I studied her face. She didn't appear to be lying, but you can never truly tell with her.

"I'll believe you I suppose." I said sceptically.

"Why are you being so secretive anyway?" Raven asked.

"That's nothing of your concern." I snapped. Raven sighed and left without another word. I made sure I locked my phone before leaving the room for dinner.

Raven's pov

"I'll be back. I have an important call I have to make." Damian said. Starfire frowned.

"Damian, just because your training is over doesn't mean you shouldn't stay for others." She said.

"I have an important call. I'll be back." Damian responded, turning on his heel and exiting the training room. Starfire sighed.

"It'll be okay Star. He's just at an awkward stage." Garfield said, placing a hand on her shoulder.

"C'mon man, we don't need to hear that." Jamie said.

I thought back to how on guard Damian was yesterday when I went to get him for dinner.

"He has been acting strange since we got here..." I mumbled.

"Okay Rave, I know BB's your boyfriend but please don't side with him on that statement. We don't need more detail." Jamie whined. I smirked.
