Damian's pov

"I said I was sorry." I grumbled.

"Sorry doesn't fix a permanent spine damage Damian. What is your problem?" Father snapped, throwing off his cowl.

I clenched my fists angrily. "He was going-!"

"I don't care Damian! You could've knocked him out, or disarmed him!" Father shouted.

"I don't understand why you have to yell at me." I said.

"Don't you dare critic my parenting young man!" Father warned. "I wouldn't have to yell at you if you just asked like a descent son and obeyed me!"

I gripped either of my biceps in my crossed arms, digging my nails into my skin.

"I'm sorry I'm not your perfect child father. Why don't you just replace me?" I snapped, finally looking up at him. "Not just as Robin, but as your son. Because clearly, you couldn't care less for me and all I do is cause you grief and problems."

"That's it Damian! I've had it with you!" Father roared. I held my ground, refusing to back down against my angry father. If I could do it before, I can do it now.

"Well? What will you do? Disown me?" I shouted.

"Maybe I should Damian! It's not like I wanted you in my life! Talia dropped you off and I got no choice in the matter! You weren't even supposed to be conceived! You were an accident Damian!" Father shouted, practically screaming now.

I opened my mouth then closed it. He doesn't want me... he never did... I'm just a mistake... a biological accident... fuck

His words cut deep. So deep he might've well have killed me like Heretic did.

"Well I'm sorry I was an accident Father. I didn't ask for it to be this way! I didn't ask to be made! I DIDN'T ASK TO BE BORN!" I screamed.

"WELL AT LEAST WE AGREE ON SOMETHING! NOW GET THE HELL OUT DAMAIN!" Father screamed. "I DON'T FUCKING CARE WHERE YOU GO, JUST GET OUT!"

He looked horrifying. Screaming and so angry. So horribly and terrifyingly angry with me.

I nearly fainted of terror. He looked like he was about to hit me.

With tears starting to overflow, I raced out of the cave and up into Wayne Manor, going up the stairs into my room.

I sniffed and muffled sobs as I began aimlessly throwing clothes into a bag. As well as other necessities. I changed out of my Robin suit but shoved in the bag for emergencies. I changed into dark civi clothing and zipped up the backpack.

Grabbing my phone, I rushed out of my bedroom and down the stairs to the front door, all the while tears ran down my cheeks.

I hesitated, not knowing where the hell I was going to go. Father hadn't specified that he wanted me out of the manor... I thought back to the screaming and the look of pure anger on his face.
