Storybrooke

Emma's Point of View:

I stared at Riley's face. So peaceful, yet so broken. I saw her eyes flinching under her eyelids. She was probably dreaming. The prophecy. My heart ached for Peter. I heard the door creak open and I looked up to see Hook. He noticed her eyes too.

"I wonder what she's dreaming about," He spoke and I smiled. "Probably about Neverland."

"Yeah," My voice broke. He grabbed a chair and pulled it up next to me. He studied his daughter's face.

"How could this happen?" He choked and my head snapped to him. Tears streamed down his face. "This shouldn't have happened," He reasoned and I shook my head.

"It's a prophecy," I told him. "It was fated to happen," He kept staring at Riley, hopeless. I reached out and pulled his face over to mine. "This isn't your fault, Killian," We stared at each other for a few seconds before we leaned into each other. Our lips were about to touch until we were interrupted by a frantic beeping sound. We whipped our heads to Riley. She was violently shaking, the heart monitor going crazy.

"Somebody help!" Killian hopped up from his chair, running out of the room to get someone.

"Dr. Whale!!" I screamed and a bunch of nurses ran into the room along with Killian. A few moments later, Dr. Whale came rushing in. Killian held me, tightly.

"She's going into shock! Get them out of here!" Whale ordered the nurses. The nurses guided us out of the room. Killian protested, but it was no use. Riley's door slammed shut and we were left broken in the hallway.

Dream World: Neverland

Riley's Point of View:

I climbed until I got to the top of Deadman's Peak. I stood up, overlooking the view. It was glorious. The sun was at its lowest, the sun setting.

"Enjoying your stay?" A dark voice asked which caught me by surprise. I pulled my sword out and turned around, quickly. Nothing was there. I looked over my shoulder at the edge of the cliff, glaring down.

"Come out with your hands up!" I commanded, spinning around with my sword up. I watched as a dark mass came floating down. It looked like a shadow. "Who are you?" I growled.

"I'm a shadow. Isn't it obvious?" It hissed. I rolled my eyes.

"What do you want?" I asked it and he chuckled, evilly.

"I want you off this island," It demanded and I shook my head.

"Not happening," I smiled, proudly. "Did Pan put you up to this?"

"Pan doesn't control me," It growled. "Get off or be killed."

"No," I simply said, shaking my head.

"How about a deal?" It offered.

"How about no?" I denied. "I know who you are. I don't need you to tell me your name. You're Pan's shadow, another loophole of his. The answer is no," I smirked, marching off. Suddenly, a large ping of pain hit me and I fell to the ground, screaming. It was ripping my shadow out. I tried to push it off, but it was too strong. Tears rushed down my face. I felt around for my sword and finally got a hold of it. I swung it at the shadow, making it let go of me. I sprung up, my magic forming a fireball in my hand. It glared at me, flying away. In a panic, I ran off back to camp. When I entered, I could feel my blood running loose. I felt my back and looked down at my hand. Blood. The Lost Girls saw me, out of breath and bleeding. They rushed over to me and helped me to my tent. This was a bad day.
