Right after Joseph's warning, Alzid decides to go over to greet Annette. As she walks over the girls that surround Annette sees him and in return, he gives them a warm yet childish smile. This is his mask. By looking kind and cute I can lower people's guard and some even feel like they want to take care of him. He has perfected this smile ever since he was 3 as he noticed that it is easier to get what he wants with it. Of Course, the girls were no different, they blushed at his beautiful smile and some even wanted to reach out to pat him. He looked over towards Annette and saw something unexpected. Instead of looking at him disguised like some men do or lower their guard around him like all the rest that doesn't know him. This aide instead only looked at him for a short moment with indifference and then ignored his existence.

This was a first and it picked his interest. At first, he wanted to go over because he was bored and also find some information about him just in case it was needed. But he had no deeper interest in him. But with him acting differently than predicted it made him a little excited. But he quickly put it aside as it might just be a temporary reaction. He may turn uninteresting after he spoke with him for a while. After all, there were many people that he thought would be a fun toy but turned out to be all boring ones. Alzid walks closer until he stands right in front of Annette.

"Hello, I just saw your dance with lady Evernight and just wanted to come over to praise your performance. It was so captivating, it was like you were a professional dancer." He says with a bright smile."

As such Annette does her greeting and then says: " You have my thanks Alzid Huzen, I would never have expected to hear such a compliment."

Her tone was very polite yet indifferent. It was like the one getting complimented was not her.

"Oh, how come you knew my name. I have not introduced myself yet."

Alzid punches on he wanted to see if his excitement was unfounded or not.

"As an aide it is necessary for me to know all the important people in high society.

You already know this don't you?" Annette says and notices a small glimpse in his eyes for a short second.

"Oh, I forgot about this. But you must have good eyes to notice me at just a glance."

Alzid praises.

"Not really."

Annette says and bluntly refuses the compliment. Now he was sure, this person is different and would make an exciting toy for him to play with. While he remembered the third prince warning he would not put this person in physical danger to the point of death. But everything else is fair game. Besides he has a hunch that this person is strong-willed, unfortunately, he had to make him interested in him or else he would have a peaceful life. "Oh, you are too humble. Tell me what your name is?" Alzid says.

"That's information is classified, for the time being, grand dukes orders."

Annette says while smiling politely it almost made Alzid lose his composure for a second, though he did not know why.

"Oh, why would he do that?"

He asks, clearly curious, what is so special about the name of a commoner?

So he puts on his best smile that could even make a hater waver. But this has no effect on Annette. " You will know when my Lord wants you to know, now excuse me my master is calling for me." She says and walks toward Cassi who has just finished all her 14 dances. So she called for Annette. Alzid of course was disappointed that he gained nothing today but was not too upset as he will have plenty, no, he will make plenty more chances to speak with his new toy.
