I was reborn as an orphan, But I won't let that stop me

As soon as Annette arrived the last battle of the first round was completed and her battle was the one right after that. So she got called on stage and walked over. Her opponent is a woman in her 40s. She is tall and has a slim body with great posture. The lady has short blond hair and green eyes. By the looks of her attire, one can tell that she is a mage and not a swordsman becuse her body doesn't look well-trained. Not only that but she is wearing a large hat with huge decorations on it and a tight-fitting dress that no one in the right mind would wear when facing battle if she was a swordsman so she must be a magic user. The lady introduces herself as Owla Fenec and is a person from a neighboring kingdom. Annette introduces herself too and then the match begins. The first thing that happens is that Owla casts a fire spell that shoots at Annette like the flame of a dragon. Annette dodges and while she does that Owla casts another spell and a piece of the earth starts to move toward her from behind like a square-formed snake, getting longer and longer evry second it moves closer to Annette. 

But who is Annette, there is no way that sush a loud sneak attack would go unnoticed by her. So Annettes jumps up in the air, does a back flip, and lands on the moving piece of her. Since it is a moving target Annette uses magic to stay on it without falling. Owla moves the piece of death that she stands on and intends to use it to knock Annette against the wall or the floor. She even summons more of the moving earth pieces to attack her from all sides. But Annette dodges them one by one jumping from one to another. Not letting her plan to succeed. So Owla summons more moving earth pieces and also uses fire magic to let them burn with fire. Seeing this Annette summons water that moves like a whip at her will at the fire making it disappear while also cutting the moving earth into pieces.  Seeing that it is not working Owla stops using those spells and then casts a spell that makes 3 dwarf-sized earth golems that attack her with their fists. They are not real golems as real golems are considered a magic items ad requires at least 20 magic gemstones to make just one. Not to mention that real golems are bigger than humans. So these miniature versions are just imitations. But even imitations are strong and require great skill to make and maintain 1 not to mention 3. These golems attack Annette with their fists and all she can do is to dodge them as getting hit by them will most likely break her bones.

But Annette can win you just endurance alone, she needs to find a way to destroy these golems so that she can attack Owla. So her brain works on overdrive to find the weakness of these golems.  'Fire or earth magic won't work... my swords will probably get broken if I use them so that is out of the question too... Will wind work...' Annette thinks and finally discovers an idea. First, she shot out air magic and aimed it at the ground to make a cloud of dust cover the scene so that Owla couldn't see her, and if she couldn't see where she was she couldn't control the golems to attack her as the fake golems are controlled manually by the magic users. Another difference between a real golem and a fake one. 

Annette then uses shadow magic and uses it like sword slashes and slashes at the joints of all the 3 golems as that is most likely their weak spot and she was right as she managed to cut off the legs and arms of all of them leaving them emobised. Before Owla can react she runs toward her and attacks her with shadow magic that moves like a whip. Owla quickly reacts and makes an air shield blocking her attacks. Annette attacks again and again, swishing from shadow magic to water magic, then lightning magic, and even air magic. She changes the magic type to see which has the most effect and hits harder and harder each time. While doing so Owla can't attack her at all and becuse of the force of Annette's attacks she glides backward each time. Seeing that it is not working Annette starts to use 2 types of magic at the same time using one hand for shadow magic and fire magic with the other. Seeing that it doesn't work Annette changes her fire magic to ice magic and finally she sheild starts to break down. So she continues and hits harder and harder. Faster and faster until the shield finally breaks and Annette deals the finishing blow with her ice magic. And with that Annette has won. But she is very tired becuse she has used a lot of mana so she goes to the medic room so that she can take a mana potion. She drank it and sat down to rest and closed her eyes. After she told the staff to wake her up once it was her turn again.
