Ino's hand froze in mid-air and it slowly dropped back to her side. Hinata's eyes widened ,and Sasuke stared at Naruto with a blank face. Kiba and Shino let out a frown ,and Choji walked to Naruto, putting a hand on his shoulder. "Hey, why did you just say Sakura?" They were all eager to know, and they stared at Naruto who only seemed to stare at the closed door.  "Sakura-Chan is in there," he said as he pointed his finger at the emergency room. Nurses quickly came out and closed the door behind them. One nurse stared at them and walked to them. "Are you looking for a patient?" She asked them in a soft tone. Naruto quickly snapped out of his stupor and started walking to the emergency room. The nurse quickly stood in front of the door and softly pushed Naruto back. "I'm sorry sir, but there is an operation going on right now. Lady Hokage is taking care of the patient ,and she needs to be alone in order for her to do the operation right."

Naruto frowned and was about to walk forward until he was grabbed by Sasuke and Kiba. His frown deepened and he started trashing in their hold,"Damn it, just...I want to see if she's okay!" Hinata and Ino stared at Naruto with a sad smile, and Shino stood from far, calculating how long it will take for him to summon a paralyzing bug. Choji frowned,"Look Naruto, the Hokage is in there. Sakura is in good hands." Naruto stilled for a moment before looking at the nurse. The nurse stilled and quickly walked in the emergency room, before coming out and closed the door. "I am sorry but the Hokage doesn't want anyone to disturb her or to be in the room she is in. You must respect her wishes and our rules. If you keep making a ruckus , we will have to kick you out. I'm sorry ,but I must go." The nurse quickly walked away to the other side of the hall and took a right, leaving the shinobi alone.

Sasuke and Kiba let Naruto go, and Naruto walked to one of the chairs and sat down. Ino let out a sigh of frustration. 'All he cares about is forehead, forehead, forehead.' Shino stood next to Hinata, who was looking at the scene and let out a sigh. "Shouldn't the Akatsuki be here? After all isn't she their teammate?" Kiba and Sasuke stared at her with wide eyes, and Ino and Choji frowned more, and  Naruto narrowed his eyes. "Ah, you're right Hinata. Has the Akatsuki been alerted of Sakura's arrival?" Shino asked unaware of the tension in the room. Choji let out a sigh. "I think it would be better to let the Hokage finish the operation before telling the Akatsuki." Everyone seemed to agree with what he said , except for Naruto, who just stared at the emergency room door. They all sat down and occupied the empty chairs. Ino and Hinata went into small talk while the guys stayed quiet, not knowing what to say.

*1 hour time skip*
Tsunade finally put down her hands. She had done everything she could do. She looked at the used items ,and then looked at her student. She had bandages wrapped around her arms up to her shoulders and one of her legs was wrapped in bandages. In order to bandage her shoulders up, she had to rip Sakura's shirt. She grabbed a blanket and covered her body, knowing that her student would like the small gesture of her upper body being covered. She had a small wet cloth on her forehead, due to the side effects of the small percentage of the lingering poison which caused fever, but the antidote will take care of it. Tsunade took a deep breath and picked up the items she had used and put them back into the respectful places they belonged. She cleaned the scalpel and threw the small towel that had turned pink in color, due to the water and blood mixing together after the operation. All her student needed was a good rest and to let the antidote do it's work. She made sure the room was clean and that her student was asleep. She checked everything and wrote down the analysis she had done, before kicking the chair away from the door and exited the room.

As soon as she stepped out, she was met with blue eyes and blond hair ,and she let out another sigh, this one was a frustrated sigh. "Is Sakura-Chan okay? Is she alive? How is she? Can I see her? Can she eat Ramen? I'll buy her some! Wait, I don't have money! But, she needs Ramen!" Naruto was about to keep ranting until Tsunade hit him on the head. He winced and held his head in his hands. "Now before you attack me with questions," she looked at Naruto and then at the others. She then looked at the girls , who had just entered the hospital with food, "Yes, Sakura is alive. She will be fine. Her body needs rest though, so if you're going to see her, Don't wake her up. For now, no Naruto, she can't eat Ramen." Tsunade was about to go on about what had happened to Sakura, but Naruto had already entered the room and looked down at his old teammate's body. Hinata looked at the blond Uzumaki and handed the rest of the food to the rest of her friends. "I'll alert the Akatsuki that she's arrived," and with that she turned around and walked out of the place they were, leaving Choji and Shino to go after her.
