Sakura sadly smiled at the note and looked at the picture of them. She missed him but he will never be back. She showered, put on her gear, and looked at her eyes, mask less. She had fair skin and her lips were a shade of pink. Yet, she preferred her mask to be on, she didn't feel comfortable with anyone seeing her lower face. She looked at her purple eyes. They were Pein's eyes. It hurt her to have those eyes, but if Pein wanted her to have them then she will. Her watch beeped signaling that it was time to train, but today was without Pein. She sighed and put on her mask, exiting her room. She walked to the training ground, and sat down in the middle, meditating. Itachi was walking outside before spying a hawk from konoha. He held out his hand and the hawk landed on his arm. It had a note attached to it and he opened it. His eyes widened and he ran to their hideout. The hawk followed him and waited on the window sill. He ran to konan's door and knocked. Konan came outside and Itachi gave her the note. She read it and her eyes widened, before writing a note. Dear Hokage of the hidden leaf village, we accept the offer but would like to be assigned missions. I have two ninja from your village and I know they would love to be back in the ANBU as captains. They have potential, Itachi and Sakura do. That is all we ask for

She rolled the letter, and attached it to the rope that hung on the hawk's foot. She motioned it to fly away, and it did. "Call all the Akatsuki , we're having a meeting," she said and Itachi nodded. Konan went to the living room and waited for everyone. Everyone piled in and Sakura and Itachi were the last ones to come in. Sakura was sweating, signs of her training. Her hair was also up, and her cloak was slightly dirty. "I call this meeting, we have a made a treaty with Konoha. We are to arrive in a week, but since we're the Akatsuki we'll arrive right now. We'll come back to get our stuff later, let's move out," she said and everyone nodded. Itachi and Sakura were surprised, they were going back to where they were hated. The place they sacrificed their lives for, and instead of love, they got hate. They sighed and followed the rest of the Akatsuki. They all put on their hats and Konan was in front. "Tobi teleports us 5 miles away from Konoha, we'll be walking the rest," Konan commanded and Tobi nodded. He teleported all of them, and they started walking. "Konan, what do we get out of this," Sasori asked and everyone nodded in agreement. "We don't have to move from hideout to hideout, you'll receive missions. If it's an assassination mission, Hidan can do his rituals and Sasori can get a new puppet. Of course you will get money Kakuzu. Tobi you can do whatever you want, Deidara if they need ruble to be removed, or destroyed you can use your clay, Zetsu you can do whatever you want, Kisame you can spar against their ninja, and Sakura and Itachi I've asked for both of you to be put back in ANBU as your captain status," Itachi and Sakura were shocked but their hats hid their wide eyes, they both nodded. They have been walking for a while, and soon saw the gates of konoha. The two guards alerted the hokage and she quickly came along with Sasuke, Hinata, Choji, Tenten and Naruto. "Do you agree to the demands I asked for Hokage?" Konan asked in a threatening voice. Tsunade nodded and said,"I have and Sakura and Itachi will get their rightful status, you will be sent on missions and we have provided a household for you," she said and konan hummed. "Akatsuki , take your hats off," they all grabbed it and took them off. Sakura and Itachi had their eyes closed, fearing the hate they would see. "Open your eyes," she instructed the both and soon they opened. Itachi had his mangekyo sharingan, feeling sadness as Sasuke glared at him and her old friends gasped at Sakura's eyes. "Rinnegan," Sasuke whispered and the Konoha ninja looked at Sakura. "Stop staring," she said with a glare and they all snapped out of their trance. "Follow me," Tsunade said and they all walked to the village. Itachi and Sakura heard whispers about them. "The clan killers what are they doing here? The traitors I bet they killed them for fun. No way, they probably laughed as everyone died. They have no feeling of remorse. Traitors, not loyal, weak," was all they heard and Sakura snapped. "Dammit, quiet!" She screamed and punched the ground. A large crater was formed where she punched and she stood in the middle of it. She jumped out of it and landed on the ground where her companions were. "Be quiet or else," she said as she glared at them with her rinnegan. "Sakura Chan looks scary but she's stronger, Sasuke," he whispered to his friend but he was staring at Itachi and Sakura. The clan killer duo, what a name they both had gotten.
