If only

My morning routine is multiple of things!
I wake up at five in the morning to take a shower, after that I get myself ready for the day just in my work clothes, after that once it hits six in the morning I wake my son up so he can start doing his morning routine.

His morning routine is usually the same things every morning sometimes different by one thing but usually the same. I wake him up then I go help him shower. If he usually showers before bed then he doesn't have to shower in the morning. After that he gets dressed and while he's doing that I start making breakfast for the both of us. Breakfast can either be pancakes, eggs, Bacon, a bagel, toast or cereal if we're in a rush I don't have time to actually make anything. And then we always have water, milk or juice to drink for breakfast but sometimes I'll drink coffee on mornings that I feel really tired or I'll make coffee once I get to the fire house. Everyone usually drinks coffee at the fire house sometimes even multiple times during the day.

After we're done eating breakfast if we are early and have some time to kill sometimes watch TV just for a little bit until it's time to go. Normally we don't watch TV in the morning but there's sometimes where we're little too early and we can't leave just yet. And this is one of those mornings. We usually leave the house by 8 o'clock on the weekends but if it was a school day we would be out of the house by 7:30 and we literally have 30 minutes to kill. So me and my son are in the living room and we watch a superhero show.

Once it hits five minutes to 8 o'clock, we start getting our shoes on and bags together. Once we're all ready to go we make our way to the car, I help him get into his seat and then I start driving once we're all ready to go.

Normally our morning routines are the same but it also depends if we get up on time but also if it's a school day or not. If it's a school day then sometimes I'll wake my son up a couple minutes early just so we have a couple minutes extra and don't have to rush.

Today I'm bringing my son to his babysitters house. I found this one babysitter who is really nice, i've been having her babysit my son for the past couple weeks. Her name is Mia and she's 19, she came recommended from A teacher at my son school. She said that a lot of students from my Son School have used her for a babysitter. She seems nice and my son likes her. I pay her 20 bucks an hour, and you might think that's a lot for an hour but since my son has a disability it's a little more work than taking care of a normal kid without a disability. That's my one struggle about finding a good babysitter, majority of the times they see my son and they're like no because of his disability and they know that it will be more work. One thing I know is Mia's mom hates me and my son, probably because this is Mia's first babysitting job with a kid with a disability. My father likes Mia but not her mother, my father also helps me find a good babysitter because he wants what's good for his grandson. when we arrive at the house, I get out of the car and I help Christopher get out. I walk a little ways ahead and knock on the door waiting for her to come out

"Good morning" she says all excited! She loves babysitting so she's normally very excited when she has to babysit someone

"Morning, he is already for the day. I have money in his backpack for pizza or if you guys want to go out and get some fast food or ice cream" I say and she nods

"Of course, normally we usually just order pizza but sometimes we'll go out and get ice cream or we'll go to the park for a little bit" she says and I nod. One thing I like about her is she always sends pictures of my son if they're doing something cool or fun.

"Hello Christopher, are you ready for another awesome day" she says and my son smiles
"Hello, yeah i'm so excited" he says with a smile

"Also, later when you come you will probably see my mother, she in town for the weekend" she says and I nod. She knows how much her mother hates me and my son. But Mia always tells me she loves my son and that she's not too happy with her mother about hating me or my son. Mia's mother also lives four hours away from here and tends to visit sometimes for the weekend.
