Alyssa Pov

It's almost Christmas! We already started decorating our house for Christmas and Eddie even came over to help.

Me and Eddie got into an argument the other day about who's gonna have Christopher on Christmas. Eddie's family is coming in for Christmas and I'm going to Athena's which I found out. Eddie is not going to since his family and Shannon's are going to be at their house for Christmas. So the other day we got into an argument about who's gonna have Christopher for Christmas. Which part of me feels like I should let Eddie have Christopher for Christmas since it's his first Christmas but what he wants is Christopher to be there Christmas Eve night sleepover and wake up at their house Christmas morning but then they also want him for New Year's eve and day. I thought we were going to take everything slow like Eddie said but turns out we're not.

I just dropped Christopher off at school two hour ago. We just finished eating our breakfast and now. I am currently downstairs cleaning out the truck to get it ready for a call when my phone starts ringing! It's an unknown number, but my gut is telling me to answer, I normally don't answer unknown numbers.

(A/N: this might not be correct, but this is how I'm doing it if you have a problem with it deal with it)

"Hello" I say walking into locker room a lot of people walk into the locker room to take phone calls since it's a little more private area and no one really hangs in there!

"Hello, is this Alyssa Nash?" The person asks.

"Yes this is she" I say, usually when someone asks if this is someone, it usually doesn't mean a good thing

"Hello Alyssa, you must attend in court this Friday for the custody hearing of Christopher Nash Diaz" the person says

"My may I ask who filed and why" I ask

"Yes, we got a call the other day from Shannon Diaz about how you are not sharing custody with Christopher's father Eddie Diaz, and you have kept him from Mr. Diaz for his whole life. You must appear in court on Friday or your chances of full custody will be gone" they says

"Ok I will be there" I say

"Great, we will see you then" they says

"See you then" I say. They hang up.

This can't be happening, I had a feeling this was coming and this was my biggest fear! I can't be here right now I have to leave. I grab my bag from my locker and I out of the locker room. I start my way to the entrance of the station when my friends see me and they noticed my state.

"Hey you ok" My dad says and I nod

"What happened? Is everything ok" Hen ask and I nod no

"I just need to get out of here" I say, they know, but my dad tells Hen to go with me. I make my way outside of the station and I break down crying in my car. Hen gets into the passenger seat and gives me a hug.

"Alyssa, what happened? I saw that you had a phone call and then you looked panicked and concerned, is everything ok? You don't have to talk to me if you don't want to but I just wanna make you feel better" she says and I nod. Explain everything to her, but I keep the name of the father and the father's wife out of it. Since we haven't told anyone yet, and we're planning on possibly telling on Christmas. That was our plan. Eddie told me that his family was coming over and he would like to have Christopher that day.

"Oh, I'm so sorry Alyssa. If you need anything, I'm here" she says and I nod. I decided to go home for the day and he told me she would tell everyone where I went. I told her if she wants she can tell my father, chimney, buck, and Eddie, but no one else.
