These droids were manufactured by MerenData, and served as supervisors, interrogators, and medics. They had either red or white photoreceptors and their height ranged from 1.7m (5ft 7in) to 1.9m (6ft 3in)
One modified medical droid, EV-A4-D, served Grievous as his personal medic on Grievous' lair on the Third Moon of Vassek. Another was used on Lola Sayu as an interrogation droid.
