"This isn't even remotely anatomically correct!" Caitlin complained from her seated spot in front of a table where Operation sat.

"Caitlin, we've been over this. It's a game. Get over it," Spencer chastised with a smile on her face.

The two of them, along with Barry, Cisco and Wells, were in the Cortex testing Barry's ability to multi-task. He was going from playing Operation with Caitlin, ping pong with Cisco, chess with Dr. Wells and Jenga with Spencer.

"That's not the point of this, though," Barry told Caitlin, successfully removing something without a buzz; something Caitlin wasn't having so much success in.

"Then was is the point?" Caitlin rolled her eyes as Barry sped back to Cisco.

"To have fun!"

"And to continue your ongoing training by testing the speed of your mind by pushing your ability to multitask." Wells added.

Barry flew over to Wells, moving a chess piece and then moved back to Cisco once again.

"You're turn over here Barry-o!" Spencer called.

Barry sped over, "Took you long enough."

Spencer rolled her eyes, still impressed at how in the blink of an eye, Barry could successfully remove a Jenga piece without knocking any of the others over.

"You'd think with you moving so fast, the wind you create would have knocked it over by now."

"You wish." Barry chuckled from where he was back with Cisco. He swung his paddle, causing the tiny ball to go flying past Cisco.

"Checkmate," Called out Dr. Wells.

Barry sped back over, "Wait, checkmate?"

"Checkmate," he repeated, "I guess we still have a few things left to learn, don't we Mr. Allen?"

Suddenly, the front monitor started dinging with an alert.

"Armed robbery at 4th and Collins!" Cisco announced.

"For the record I crushed it in Operation and ping pong," Barry said, making his way over to his suit. "And as for Jenga, I guess we'll call it a tie."

"We're playing this again Barry, and I will win next time." Spencer replied.

"Whatever you say." Barry laughed before running off.

Another buzzer went off, telling them Caitlin had, yet again, not successfully removed another body part.

"It's not as easy as it looks!" She defended off of their amused looks.

The team made their way behind the monitors, waiting to hear any news from Barry. Not many words were spoken until Barry asked for the nearest hospital. He requested they call in and tell them there was an incoming gunshot victim.
