"Do you ever have the CSI theme song playing in your head when you do this stuff?" Spencer asked Barry as they waited for Joe and Eddie to arrive at a new crime scene.

Barry chuckled, "I can't say I have."

"Well, then are you really a forensic scientist?" Spencer teased, "Because I was humming that song like 24/7 when I had your job."

"Remind me why I let you come with me again?"

The two of them were currently in the parking lot of a university where a woman who was suspected of being killed in her car. Barry had called her this morning, telling her he wouldn't be able to be at the lab for a while and she jumped at the chance to get away herself. So, now the two were waiting on the detectives to get to the scene.

Spencer noticed them first and pointed them out, she and Barry scurrying over to them.

"Hey," Barry greeted upon meeting up with the pair.

"Hi," Eddie replied, "Spence, what are you doing here?"

She shrugged, "I kind of missed this." She glanced down at the boil covered body and grimaced, "Actually I'm starting to question that rationale."

Barry shook his head lightly, refocusing on the matter at hand, "So, her whole body's covered in these puncture wounds you see on her face. Bite marks maybe. Whatever it was, she must have gone into anaphylaxis."

"Damn," Joe muttered, looking over the victim.

"Yeah," Barry sighed, "The blood sample should tell us everything we need to know. I'll run tests back at my lab."

"Ooh," Spencer piped up, "I wanna help!"

Joe looked at them oddly, "You guys can do it faster at STAR Labs."

Spencer noticed Eddie sigh from the corner of her eye before walking away from them. She turned to Barry who matched her awkward look.

"I mean we could," Spencer started slowly, "But it's just..."

"It's just what?" Joe asked, walking with them over where others couldn't eavesdrop.

"I feel weird being there now- especially after Barry now believing Wells in the Reverse Flash," She whispered, "And I gotta say I kind of agree with him."

"Yeah, I don't like being there either." Barry nodded along with her.

Joe tilted his head at them, "You two know we have to play it could around Wells. It looks suspicious with both of you mysteriously avoiding the place. And if he suspects that we know-"

"I know, I get it," Barry sighed, "I just think that we should tell Cisco and Caitlin."

"I second that," Spencer said with the raise of her hand, "They could help us."
