29 ; Testing my patienceSUMMER WAS COMING UP, which also meant tests were right around the corner too. Aphmau didn't have to worry about her testing, but she still had the urge to study, even if she had been getting straight A's the whole year. But more importantly on her mind were Aaron's exams.
Even if Aaron tried to hide it from Aphmau to keep her from worrying, it was still engraved in Aphmau's head that he needed help studying. Albeit she was solely a Freshman, Aphmau still felt inclined as her job as Aaron's best friend, to help him pass his Senior year.
Deep deep down, Aph also wanted him to be held back. It was extremely selfish to think that way, but the thought of Aaron being at college, while she was only a sophomore, alone at school- it made her want to fall into a never ending black hole.
The thought was extremely dramatic, and very far-fetched, but she loved Aaron, more than a friend. It was really immature of her to feel this way, all so sudden, but the feelings she had trapped inside of her mind, finally had escaped, and were going a little crazier than she had hoped.
She was in love with her best friend, and there was nothing she could do to change that. Her mind was crawling with unwanted thoughts, and feelings, but her heart fluttered, making her feel as if she was on her way to cloud nine, and Aphmau never wanted to come down.
But all of her thoughts came to a halt when a loud bell that echoed in her ears, alarming her, and almost causing her to jump out of her seat. Her heart was beating quickly, but it wasn't the same feelings Aaron gives her. This was more of an empty, startling feeling. It was a feeling that you got after a jumpscare in a horror movie, or video game. The feeling that Aaron gave Aph was no where near empty. Whenever he was around, Aph would be filled with warmth. And when she looked in his deep, beautiful eyes, she'd feel even warmer. But the feeling she got when they kissed made her feel as though a fire formed in the pit of her stomach, giving her the feeling that her love for Aaron would never die down; never extinguish.
Her mind was racing, and she was nowhere near the finish line, but she never wanted it to end. But, once again, a certain someone pushed her away from her thoughts, tingles shooting up her body at Aaron's touch. He snaked his arms around her body, immediately filling Aph with warmth, and more importantly, love.
His breath brushed against her ear, and her lips curled upwards into a cheshire cat grin "Hey, Potato," Aaron whispered, causing Aph to giggle, ignoring the chills that dotted her arms, and the blush that filled her cheeks. "Meet me at Olive Garden later tonight at six o' clock. I have something I need to tell you."
And with that comment, he strutted down the school hallway, a smirk plastering his face, as he attempted to mask the nervousness that plagued his mind, feeling as a knot overwhelmingly clouded his stomach, filling him with worry about what was about to be spoken in the next few hours.

APHMAU'S MIND BUBBLED with excitement, and tingled with curiosity about what would happen. She had invited Katelyn over, for motivation, and mostly for the killer makeup and dresses she had. But Katelyn was a very helpful person when she desired to be. Her words of encouragement had influenced her to confess her feelings to Aaron tonight, after dinner and dessert.
Though Aphmau felt determined to say those very important three words, her thoughts infiltrated her friend's positive speech. What would my mother think? Falling in love at the age of fifteen. What is Aaron going to say back to that? "Oh, hey that's cool. I love myself too."
