Fallout X Reader Preferences

This is where you and your man live together. It's where, and why, for the most part.

MacCready
You and MacCready didn't really 'live' anywhere when you two first got together. The two of you travelled around for the sake of mercenary work until MacCready and you brought Duncan to the Commonwealth. By then, however, you two could afford to live in the upper stands of Diamond City, if not just to show the bitches you could.

Hancock
Of course, you and Hancock lived in Goodneighbor. You pretty much took what little stuff you had, and moved in with him after deciding to stay. You loved the atmosphere the place provided.

Nick
You, Nick, and Ellie all living in one place got overcrowded, so the two of you moved into a house near where home plate should be in Diamond City. He still worked at Valentine's Detective Agency during the day, but he liked having somewhere to hang his hat at sundown.

Deacon
You and Deacon have your very own room in the Railroad HQ. It took some major demolition and outstanding charismatic speeches, but you eventually talked Des into making rooms for her, Tom, Glory, and one for you and Deacon.

X6-88
You and X6-88, of course, lived inside the Institute, seeing as you weren't exactly... welcome anywhere else. He claimed to live with you to 'make sure you stayed safe', yet there was no danger, and you were capable in self-defense.

Preston
Preston and you had a little bitty shack-like home right outside The Castle. The two of you built it yourselves, and usually slept there unless you had to keep watch or stand guard over your home.

Sturges
You and Sturges still lived in Sanctuary. He refused to live at The Castle because his new home had so much more metal and scrap then the broken square walls ever did. He actually renewed the house with the workbench outside, and the two of you lived out your days there.

Gage
You and Gage still lived in Fizztop Grille, mostly because he loved being above everyone else. You like it too, though, especially when the place is lit up at night.

Travis
You and Travis lived in his radio station for a while, but eventually it was too small, so you pretty much traded houses with the small child that wanted you to clean the water. He didn't mind, and you certainly hadn't. The only issue was moving the radio broadcasting system out.

Danse
You and Danse lived on the Prydwen for a while, but you quickly had a dislike for being constantly monitored, and convinced Maxson that you and Danse could single-handedly take care of Cambridge. He finally caved in, and the two of you made the police station your home.

Maxson
The Prydwen, of course. Both of you stay in his quarters.

Codsworth
You both lived in Sanctuary. He still had some need for clean in him, and he managed to make the place a lot more livable than it was after the bombs dropped.

Butch
You and Butch live in Megaton next to Moriarty's. He quickly found Rivet City boring, so you suggested a town with a bomb in it to keep things interesting for him.

Gob
You two lived in your Megaton home, then stayed in the Underworld for a few weeks so he could catch up with everyone. In the end, you both moved back to Megaton.

Charon
You and Charon have your home on your backs. Sleeping bags. The two of you are always headed somewhere, so you simply have an easy-pitch tent, and sleeping bags.

Arcade
You and the handsome doctor found an abandoned home near the Followers HQ, and after a very long year, cleared it of rubble and made it your home.

Boone
You and Boone lived on a cliff side in what was pretty much a home built like an oversized snipers nest. The wall facing down on the Wasteland was near Legion territory, and had plenty of windows for Boone to kill random Legionaries in his spare time.

Raul
You two, for the most part, lived in his shack, where you guys had a little garden and other nice stuff. Occasionally, if you two wanted to do something on the weekend, you'd go to the Strip.

Benny
You both lived in his room at The Tops. It was nice, clean, and most importantly, safe.

Swank
You two lived at the Lucky 38, taking Benny's room after deciding he wasn't coming back this time.

Dean
You two lived in the Madre ever since unlocking it. It totally wasn't because you were pretty much trapped from the fear of what would happen if you left, but you truly didn't mind having such a charming ghoul in your company.

Yes Man
You and Yes Man lived in The Tops, having Benny's old room. Yes Man actually fixed it up to better suit your needs, and frequently tampered with the fridge until he got it up and running.

Victor
You and Victor lived in Goodsprings. You two became a well-loved couple, and you spent a year with him on fixing up his home and having a little garden and stuff.

Ten of Spades
Your homes varied on where the NCR needed you. You'd be somewhere one week, somewhere else the next. You didn't care so long as you were together.

Vulpes
You and Vulpes shared a tent near Caesar's Tent. You loved sharing a tent with him, the only downside was that sexual intercourse was forbidden on campus, so you had to keep it down with Caesar next door.

Joshua
You and Joshua lived in the Angel Cave. You, of course, had tons of spare time, and fixed it up so the floors were clean and wooden. You had planted some mushrooms to make the room brighter, but still not enough to harm Joshua's charred skin.

Follows-Chalk
You live with him and his tribe in Zion. The tribals were actually very happy that you and Follows-Chalk were together, because you quenched his thirst for the outside world.

Ulysses
You two lived in the Divide. The creatures were accustomed to the two of you wandering around and not harming them, and eventually, even the Deathclaws gave you two no mind. They were like hound dogs to you and Ulysses.

Dr.O
After synthesizing him, you two went back to Higg's village. You lived there pretty peacefully for a while until the other's decided that they wanted to move in too.

Dr. Klein
You two actually lived up in the Sink. Those mood lights really helped you two out on sexual endeavors, too.

Dr. Mobius
You stayed at his Dome. You managed to clean the place up and make it more livable, of course. Mobius refused to move anywhere else because when his friends cast him out, the Dome kept himself.
