In this, they're under a crap ton of pressure, and here is how they respond.

MacCready
MacCready hyperventilates, and can't calm himself down until you're by his side to tell him it's okay and that he can take his time with whatever he's doing.

Hancock
Hancock goes silent when under pressure, and works more efficiently and, for the most part, makes better choices.

Nick
Nick becomes very serious, not letting anyone speak to him or disrupt his thoughts. He proceeds to work swiftly and cleanly, helping him to gather his thoughts.

Deacon
Deacon is under a pressure a lot, so is very used to it. You can't even tell when he's stressed out except for the bags under his eyes.

X6-88
X6-88 is always stressed out, seeing as he has an endless mental list of things and people he need to finish.

Preston
Preston gets upset when stressed. When he has a million different people with a million different problems and they tell at him all at once. He'll either break down or yell at them to hush.

Sturges
Sturges simply doesn't get stressed out. He's only been stressed once in your time knowing him, and that was back at Quincy... but who wasn't stressed out then?

Gage
Gage mentally shuts down. He forgets every bit of common sense and street smarts. You tell him to cut the red wire, he'll ask what color red is. You tell him to hurry up and shoot, and he'll ask why you'd ask him to shoot in such a situation, all while other men fired at the two of you.

Travis
Fainting here, fainting there. Our precious boy Travis faints anywhere! Even when not under extreme pressure, if he does something late he hyperventilates before passing out.

Danse
Danse just starts randomly shooting. Even on the Prydwen he accidentally shot a hole in the wall. You think it's because it racks his nerves and makes him twitchy on his trigger.

Maxson
He keeps composure around his men, seeing as he has to set a good example for them, but when alone, he'll read a book or talk to you to get things off his mind.

Codsworth
He actually handles things extremely well, like when the bombs dropped. It got to him of course, but only after the first hundred years.

Butch
Butch, being young, gets insanely reckless. At the top of Tenpenny tower, he nearly hopped off just to see what would happen! And just because Tenpenny wanted you to blow up Megaton!

Gob
Gob goes into a cleaning frenzy. If you ever come home and see the place spotless, either he has some bad news, or Moriarty is expecting cash.

Charon
Charon won't let anyone know. He usually takes care of whatever's bothering him by settling it with a single bullet.

Arcade
Arcade is always under pressure, especially working with such outstanding doctors and then having to compare himself to them. His constant mood is nervous because of it.

Boone
Boone hesitates. He'll actually think twice about his actions instead of just firing, but only at the worst possible times.

Raul
Pressure doesn't really do anything to him. He finds it tiring, and gets worn out after doing a lot. He usually just sleeps everything off.

Benny
Benny, being the cool cat he is, practically doesn't even know the definition of 'pressure'!

Swank
He's very used to pressure. When Benny disappears for a week, he's suddenly in charge of the Lucky 38. People are always asking him questions like he knows the answers, so he's close friends with stress.

Dean
What does Dean have to worry about? There is nothing left for him to do, after capturing the Madre, so stress is, as he says, 'a thing of the past'.

Yes Man
Yes Man just starts laughing hysterically from nervousness. One time a Fiend held a gun to your head, and he just aimed at the guy, giggling awkwardly.

Victor
He'll smoke. He'll try to calm himself down and wonder about what it is thats pressuring him and whatnot.

Ten of Spades
He'll stutter more. He'll rush his words and it'll sound like he's speaking a totally different language.

Vulpes
He shifts from foot to foot or paces around. He's constantly under pressure from Caesar, especially after what happened to Graham, so he's always tense and alert.

Joshua
He reads scripture like crazy. He'll underline and mark up whatever he can to go back and read it later whenever he has a lot on his plate. Once he was so under pressure, he read the entire Bible, staying up for 37 hours before passing out on his book at his desk.

Follows-Chalk
When pressured, he'll close his eyes, and thinks of stuff that makes him happy, like you, music, and his friends!

Ulysses
When under pressure, Ulysses becomes more serious, and gets his work done faster, and better. It takes a lot to put pressure on him. A lot. He's experienced enough pressure to last a lifetime, so it takes more than nuking a town to put pressure on him at this point.

Dr. O
He doesn't sleep. He usually has no problem with that, but when somethings troubling him, he'll drink a million coffee cups and down as many five hour energy drinks as he needs.

Dr. Klein
It depends on the situation, but he's either logical, or immediately panics. Either way, things usually go his way.

Dr. Mobius
He'll just snort something, and boom! He's okay! Until he sobers up and has to deal with the issue. He'll usually get high, then handle it, because that works out okay for him.
