Melanie opens the door that leads to the kitchen from the garage with an angry look on her face. Why is she mad, you ask? Last Night, Devin went out to a club with a couple teammates and was apparently seen leaving the club with Kendall Jenner, which sparked cheating rumors. Though there weren't any photos, Melanie's blood still boiled at the thought of her boyfriend with Kendall Jenner.

She storms up the stairs, her bag still on her shoulder, and busts through Devin's game room, where he was playing war zone with his headset on. She unplugs the computer, earning a look from her boyfriend. "Babe, what are you doing?" he asks her, angrily.

"You and I need to talk," she spits out.

Devin starts feeling scared. "Okay," he says. Whenever Melanie uses that tone, he starts praying that his computer and PlayStation know how to swim.

Melanie shows him her phone which had the article pulled up. "What is this?" she asks. "Why were you with Kendall?" Let's just say, mad was an understatement right now.

Devin takes the phone from her hand and reads the article. His blood starts boiling by the second as he reads the article. He calms down when he sees that Melanie was more mad than him. "Babe," he starts to say.

Melanie stops him. "And don't you lie to me," she says.

Devin takes a deep breath as he thinks of what to say that won't get him into more trouble. "Okay." He stands up. "I know this looks bad."

Melanie scoffs at him. "Ya think?"

"Nothing happened between me and Kendall." Devin goes to take her hand, but Melanie takes it back and walks out of the room, him following her. "Mel, come on." He continues calling her as they walk into their room.

Melanie turns around as soon as she puts her bag on the bed. "If nothing happened, then why was she in the same car as you?"

Devin looks at her weirdly. "She wasn't in my car."

Melanie gives him a sarcastic look. "Really?"

Devin nods at her. "Yes, really." He sighs as he takes a seat on the bed and takes her hand. "Come here." She stands in front of him with tears brimming her eyes, causing her glasses to fog up a little bit. "I'm being serious when I say that nothing happened between me and Kendall." She scoffs and rolls her eyes. He feels even more guilty. "Look, we were at the same club last night, but I didn't leave with her."

Melanie bites her lip to hold back some tears. "How am I supposed to believe that, Devin?"

Devin feels his heart sting a little bit upon hearing his name instead of a nickname and her voice crack, but he holds his composure. "You don't have to believe it, babe. I just want you to know that I'm telling the truth." And he was. He would never intentionally hurt her, especially if it's as low as getting with someone like Kendall, who was her friend by the way.

She turns her head away from him, fearing she'll start crying if she looks at him longer. "I have a hard time believing that right now."

He nods. "I deserve that." She starts walking to her closet to grab some clothes. He gets up and follows her. He leans against the door frame as he watches her grab what she needs. "Babe, no matter how mad you are right now, I still want you at the game." She was his source of luck. "Please, be there."

She sighs as she looks at his jersey hanging there. She loved him too much for her own good. "Fine." He smiles at her answer, even though she still sounded a little bitter. She had every right to be upset.

Melanie grabs the black jersey and some white jeans, deciding to dress it up a little bit, and starts making her way to the bathroom. Devin steps out of her way and makes his way to his closet to pack his stuff while he waited for Mel to finish getting ready. He puts on a white t-shirt and black jeans with his black blazer, pairing it with his Off White Air Jordan 1s.
