Saish's attention was caught by the shining Keystone. So did Mona's. Even though she put it in a locker deep beneath many things, still she could see the stone blazing.
"It's shining. Meaning the Planet is calling me?" Mona thought for a while. "Right. Blinking, then it's your partner calling. Shining, it's the planet. OK. I got this."She understood the mission.
Saish and Mona teleported to the planet, after scanning their surroundings and making sure it was safe.
Green and Blue, though in different zones, said the same thing. "Let's train. We are running out of time" to their respective trainee.
"Mona, I know your stamina is drained cause of morning's incident. But still, I want you to start training again today", Green said with no expression, a mask-like face.
Mona just nodded not knowing how to react. It was a sudden call. And Green didn't look in good shape. Asking questions looked like a very bad idea.
"Ok, now try to make a bow with your power."🏹
Mona put on a dazed expression.
"Be in control. Command your brain to make a bow. Play the image of a bow on repeat in your mind and focus your power" Green spoke.
"Okay," Mona uttered in a very low tone, still not understanding what was going on.
She closed her eyes, trying to concentrate. Soon, she emitted smoky, shiny twinkles which were the exact shade of her keystone. Purple. She was rising from the ground. Purple-coloured flames surrounded her.
It made her seem like a self-luminant body. Graceful, elegant and powerful.
Soon there was a blast-like scattering of the power. It spread like a ripple with a straight line in the centre as if marking its diameter.
Mona fell to her knees. To a certain area, it turned completely glass. Fragile and shiny. She opened her eyes to find herself neighbored by the catastrophe she had created.
She looked at Green. A gnawing worm in her conscience.
Green again had no readable expression, her sharp pricing eyes denoting nothing but a blank space. "Again. Try again", her arms folded and rested against her chest.
Mona nodded. She spread her hands to the sides and dragged them towards her, withdrawing the glass.
She took her stance and tried to make the bow afresh. This time, she glassed the place even stronger and covered a wider range.
It left Green baffled.
What was more concerning was Mona didn't return to the normal form immediately. She stayed in the excited state. The same scenario repeated over and over. With every try, the magnitude increased.😲
Green took a deep breath and said "I think you should learn to deal with your emotions before you influence the power. Your exact feeling is to be strong, you desperately want to do good. You want to prove yourself, no matter what you do." She gave pause and asked "Right?"
Mona held her gaze low.
"You need not prove yourself to anyone Mona. You need not be so desperate to let me know that you are good. You are here, so it's a given that you're good. Focus on training your mind. You should be the one controlling it, not the other way round."
..............
Saish was continuously trying to let out his power, but he was failing.
"Come on dude, you just need to let your energy out. Close your eyes and just let it out. You can do it, come on" Blue kept nagging.
