Saish lifted his head to find the owner of the sound and found 'Nishan- the nuts' screaming his lungs out doing weird poses and signs to grab his attention.
Sighing, Saish replied, "What?" in gestures. Nishan pointed at him and bent his finger multiple times asking to come up this instant.
"Later" Saish mouthed.
"Shut up and come here now" Nishan mouthed.
Saish, having no other choice, walked back to the room. To find raging Nishan folding his hands against his chest, narrowing his eyes and with a chin lift. "What?!" Saish asked bored.
"It's me who should ask it, what?"
Silence
"What's with you?" Nishan asked.
"What?"
"You have been skipping meals, appearing out of nowhere and more over waking up early. And YOU are exercising early in the morning, we don't even have a match today. So tell me what's wrong?"
"Umm, the truth is I...."
"I?"
"I-I saw a video and thought to try the resolutions. Part of it is exercising, waking up early, eating food only when hungry" Saish bluffed.
"You sure are not in the terminal stage of cancer, right?"
"No" Saish was done with him.
"Then it's fine, do all the resolutions you want"
"Hmm," Saish smiled sarcastically and walked to freshen up.
After a peaceful shower, he teleported to Planet of Extinct. Blue and Saish already discussed about the timings. So it was set that he would be thereby 6:00 am. But Blue wasn't there by the time he reached. He waited for a few minutes but then became impatient and started trying his power.✨
He was going mad failing continuously. Forget about burning a leaf he wasn't even able to bring out a small twinkle.
"Why, why, why? How many times should I try more for you to just burn that thing? Why aren't you showing up? The other day, you came out without me asking you to, but now I am begging you to show up, you aren't."
He closed his eyes.
"You sealed your power. It's not my mistake, it's yours. You are not letting me come out. Because you firmly believe that you will ruin this planet if you let me out"
"Who are you?"
"You should know"
"I don't, I never saw you?" Saish spoke out after a moment of thought.
"Let me out. Trust me. I am not made to destroy this planet, I am made to destroy the one harming it"
"Who are you?!"
"I am your power, you sealed me. Let me out."
"I don't remember doing anything like that" Saish gritted his teeth.
"You did. The day I came out, you were scared you might harm the planet and you sealed me unconsciously."
Saish frowned and took a minute. "You lashed out. Trees collapsed. Animals were hurt" Saish voice resembled the Antarctica in coldness. 🥶
"Yesterday, I got activated after many centuries. For a brief moment, you wanted to see what your power looks like. That was the propellant force that made me lose control. I am not like other powers, I can never control you. I will never come out without you calling for me"
"I didn't know that" Saish replied, eye contact never leaving the power.
"Of course, you didn't"
"How do I remove the seal?"
"Trust"
"Trust?"
"Yup. Trust yourself. You are me and I am you. So believe that you can do it, believe that you will save this planet with your power"
"Why should I trust you. You almost cost me my conviction. Also according to Blue, you controlled me."
"I already said, I can't control you like other powers. Other powers can. But Thunder can never control their holder. Never."
"Why?"
"Because I am an integral part of you. We are not separate forms. We are you in yourself. Rest all powers are not coupled with their master. "Dream? Or should I say enlightenment? He looked exactly like me, though, yellow-tinged and transparent."
He centred his whole strength and gave it a try.........
