"Come on Purple. Let's go tell this news to Zoe"
"He almost killed me just now and is acting like he did nothing. Idiot." "Isn't he becoming bold day by day?" 🤧
"Did you say something, Purple?"
"I said you are almighty"
Saish's brow creased with confusion.
On Earth..........
"People. Have you seen the notic- oh, you are seeing it" Sunaira sprinted towards them.
"Ya, babes" Jesvi replied, doing nothing to hide her utter happiness.
"Mona, didn't the principal discuss this with you?" Sunaira asked puzzled. Mona always tells them the news prior, but this time, she is as clueless as everyone else.
"No. I am just now seeing this"
"Why did she not?"
"I have no idea, Sun. That specimen is hard to grasp"
They broke out laughing.
Nishan and Saish were seriously immersed in their conversation by the time they reached the girls'. Nishan warped his arm around Jesvi pulling her close, still focused completely on Saish.
"I can even beat you now"
"Saish! The inter-sports are pushed forward. You don't have at least half the time I and Mona had before we competed"
"Let's compete today. See it yourself" Saish walked away saying that.
"Wohh... what happened Babe? He looked scary." Jesvi asked completely fazed. Saish is calm most of the time, seeing him mad is somewhat terrifyingly bone-crushing. 🥶
"He wants to compete in the horse racing. He is not ready, baby. But he doesn't want to listen. He is driving me nuts" Nishan briefed the scene. He looked stressed and tired. From all the bickering they must have undergone till now.
"I will go talk to him" Mona followed Saish out.
"She got this, don't worry" Jesvi patted Nishan's shoulder. And the boy just melted, all his muscles relaxed with her touch. He hummed.
"Saish! Wait up," Mona marched to him.
"I can do it, Purple. Don't try to convince me otherwise" Saish just kept walking.
"Who said I am here to stop you?"
Saish stopped in his tracks.
Mona grabbed his forearm, pulling him to the stables " Let's train together. I can't compete this year, but nothing will make me proud than you winning our legacy," she threw him a tiny smile.
Saish dropped his head down and broke into a smile. "You are always unpredictable. What will I ever do without you, Purple."
"You need not. I will always be there" she giggled.
Her giggles echoed in his ventricles of the brain, filling every last drop of his CSF with her.
'Does she even realise she just promised me her lifetime? Even if she doesn't, I am going to hold her responsible, for me' Saish couldn't cease his grin.
Mona, though she wasn't in the horse riding team anymore due to changes in branches of their co-curriculars, still had her horse to herself. Reason: Maximus wouldn't let another person touch him, until unless it's Mona herself. Mona had to drop by every now and then to feed and pet him.
"Still as stubborn as always. Aren't you Max?" Mona opened the stable to the luscious black Arabian stallion, radiating strength and vigour. The said horse neighed in delight.
