This is how you met them.

Baptiste
You were walking around to give a report, and you found him opening a box, which was surrounded by your allies, all tied up. When he saw you, you hid. When first meeting the two of you were enemies for so long, that hunting each other became fun.

Genji
You met him without knowing it was him. You were having some family troubles, and stepped out for a breath. All you saw was him, thrown in front of you. He bolted behind you, and hid behind you as someone ran by. He thanked you, then chased the man. You were speechless, and didn't know his name until much later.

Hanzo
You were a guard at his brother's temple (or what he considered his brother's temple). He went to kill you, and you calmly told him that you understood what it meant to cause someones death, so you stepped aside without struggle, saying you'd watch his back. He got your name, and you watchful eyes came in handy.

Junkrat
You were walking around Junkertown, when he bolted from around a corner and grabbed you, holding a bomb in one hand, with his other arm wrapped around your neck and holding a detonator. When the guards came by, you realized you'd been taken hostage, and frowned at him.

McCree
You were a bartender, and noticed him coming by more and more. When the bar would close, you two would be so deep in conversation that you stayed an hour late with him. You've had to drive him home before, and didn't know his name or his past for a month or two.

Reaper
You were a lone wolf, and you were working on something very very dangerous to him and the world, just because you could. He was hired to take care of you, and the invention. You put up a fight, but smiled and said that you'd give up the invention if he took you out. In the end, it was worth it.

Reinhardt
You actually were storming away from his boss, and in your anger, you bumped shoulders with him. For some reason, his boss refused to let you join the Crusaders. Reinhardt watched you go, and convinced his boss to give you a chance, which made you two fast friends.

Soldier: 76
You delivered seeds to one farm once a month. You became great friends with the family there, and eventually started falling for Jack, then he just disappeared. You were distraught, but a few years later, you were caught up in a gang fight, and he shielded you. When you saw his eyes and he saw yours, you two clicked like nothing happened.

Ashe
You were friends with Jesse, and you two were at a store, just causing some trouble, when a girl joined in. You three became great friends, but there was drama that forced you to choose between your two friends.

Brigitte
You worked at a Veterinarian's office. You noticed this one girl who stopped by once a week to play with the animals, mostly cats, and you worked up the guts to go and talk to her.

Mercy
You were caught in a battle, and knocked unconscious. Someone supposedly slung you over their shoulder, and brought you to Angela, who worked feverishly to fix you up. When you woke up, but had to stay in bed, she kept you great company.

Moira
You saw an ad. It was along the lines of people can come in, get experimented on, and get paid do to so. You were in desperate need of money, and went to the address. She let you in, gave you the run down of what would happen, made you sign a thing, and so on and so forth. Without her, you wouldn't have the ability that got you into Overwatch.

Sombra
You were breaking into the vault of a bank, and the door of the vault slammed shut behind you. Your heart caught in your throat when a girl appeared out of nowhere, and said that she would love to help you pull off your stunt. She had apparently had her eyes on you for a while.

Zarya
You were friends with Törb, and one day, she came in and tossed her huge gun on the table. Törb was out, so she asked you to fix it. While you did so, she hung around your shop and kept conversation going.
