How they are around kids.

Baptiste
He doesn't care about them too much, but he has to warm up to them. There's a little girl who comes from a similar background to his, and he loves visiting her every now and then.

Genji
He feels bad for them. When he was a kid, he was expected to live up to certain things and to make people proud. He feels as though he let them down, and has to carry that burden. Kids are pressured too much for his taste.

Hanzo
He sees them as little sponges for knowledge. He loves holding conversations with intelligent children, and getting different viewpoints on issues.

Junkrat
He loathes children. They're sticky and get in the way of everything. He does admire they're ability to make a mess of everything, though.

McCree
He loves kids. They climb all over him and he gives them piggyback rides and lets them sit on his shoulders. He likes playing Cowboys and Indians with them.

Reaper
He thinks that children are just burdens. He doesn't understand why people choose to have children instead of happiness, but he never says anything about it to avoid unnecessarily offending anyone.

Reinhardt
He loves kids. He thinks they're funny, and usually pretty open-minded to a lot of stuff.

Soldier: 76
He doesn't think anything of them, but he understands that they need to be protected. They, of course, love him, because he's a soldier.

Ashe
Kids just make her frown. She doesn't know why, they're just... ugh.

Brigitte
Kids are alright but she prefers cats any day. Kids are too much responsibility and money and whatnot, so she calls her cats her children.

Mercy
She loves kids! She thinks they're all absolute angels, and around her, they are! Her favorite patients are children, and she loves seeing them smile when they get a sucker for being good during examination or fixing-up.

Moira
She sees them as adults. One day you left her in a waiting room and when you came back, she was having a political and scientific conversation with a small girl, who gave pretty decent feedback.

Sombra
She thinks they're gullible, and that makes them fun. She likes to tell them to say and do things they shouldn't, then run away giggling like a four year old.

Zarya
She notices that each child has potential to be/do something great, so she treats each of them with respect. Not to mention, something about a strong Russian lady respecting you, makes you feel on top of the world.
