Chapter 130 ? Four

Start from the beginning

Nick repositioned our stance. He held my palm in his. My other hand stayed on his shoulder, his other one stayed on my waist.

The two of us slowly began to slow dance with the song: "Until I Found You" by Stephen Sanchez and Em Beihold in the background.

He leaned the side of his head against my cheek as the butterflies in my stomach went nuts. I leaned into his touch as I shut my eyes, feeling completely relaxed.

Shortly, I was spun then pulled back in. Once I opened my eyes, I saw Wilbur standing in the place Nick was, in the same position.

WILBUR:
"Why did you lie...?" He slowed down from our dance.

My eyebrows squished together at him.

Y/N:
"What?"

WILBUR:
"You told me that you loved me...why'd you lie...?" He frowned.

Y/N:
"Wh—I—I didn't lie...?"

His grip tightened on my palm and waist as he narrowed his eyes at me.

WILBUR:
"Then why're you in bed with them instead of me...?" He asked.

Suddenly, the gray house was on fire. The flames were bright, it was getting hotter, all while Wilbur was standing across from me now, with an evil look in his eyes. He had his head down, as he stared up at me, making my breathing pickup.

As if we were in a horror movie, he ran to me fast, humanly impossible fast, making me jerk awake from my nightmare with a gasp.

I sat up quickly and held myself, shooting my head around to see my surroundings, trying to come back to reality.

I was alone in Clay's room.

My gaze moved across the whole area. I felt an unsettling feeling in my stomach.

Y/N:
"Clay...?" I glanced around, "George...? Nick?"

I slowly got up from his bed and walked downstairs. Once I made it down there, the front door swung open.

I saw my friend, but he wasn't alone.

Clay was wearing a black and white tuxedo. He was carrying a dark brunette in a wedding gown. The both of them laughed while staring at each other, making my heart fall, tears filled my eyes instantly.

My best friend set her down on the ground then looked my way, meeting my eyes.

CLAY:
"Could've been you." He raised his eyebrows.

I shut my eyes, letting the tears fall down my cheeks as my breathing picked up more.

When I opened my eyes, I was in a big church looking building. I was in the middle of the aisle. The seats were packed, there was the cliché wedding song playing in the background.

I walked slowly to the front, where the bride and groom were. Once I made it up there, George turned around, wearing his tuxedo and bow-tie.

My heart fell seeing him. I glanced at the girl. Her face was hidden, but she had dirty blonde hair.

GEORGE:
"Maybe you should've done better." He said flatly.

More tears filled my eyes, making my vision even blurrier. I blinked several times to get rid of my tears, so I could see more clearly.

Once I got my vision back to normal, I was outside at another wedding reception. This time, it was in the middle of the woods.

I couldn't help but notice a specific tree. The tree that has the initials carved into them: '(Y/I) x N'.

After that, I glanced up to see Nick bring his bride in for their newlywed kiss. He grabbed the brunette by the waist in, all while she held his cheeks. Both of their smiles were big.

I swallowed hard at them as I bit the inside of my cheek. My tears were falling rapidly as I slightly glared at them.

I hated seeing my friends like this.

Once a few moments passed of their kiss, Nick split apart from her, then looked down the aisle to meet my eyes.

NICK:
"Sucks doesn't it?" He raised his eyebrows, "These will be our futures...it's your choice of which one you want to make yours."

My eyes fell to the light pink rose petals that were scattered all down the aisle, all on the grass. Then I looked at my shoes. They were white heels, my white poofy dress almost covered them.

I gazed down at myself in my dream wedding dress. My tears fell to the gown, making little green dots, little blue dots, and little red dots.

Then my head shot up to the sky. There was a name written in the clouds. It had four letters, but it was too blurry to see what name it said.

•••••

I shot my eyes open, actually waking up from my very long dream. I was alone in Clay's room, just like before. My anxiety got the best of me until I heard Clay wheeze downstairs while George laughed, making me take a deep breath in relief.

"Four letters...that would be Clay or Nick...but then again, George's nickname is Gogy, also four letters...and Wilbur—he could be Will. Thanks so much dream me for making things so easy." I thought while rolling my eyes.

Soon, I got out of bed and made my way downstairs to meet my friends.
