-GEORGE's POV-
Since Clay had football practice today and since he was my ride home, I had no choice but to sit on the bleachers and watch the football players go at it.

To be honest, I was bored as fuck. I played games on my phone the whole time.

Eventually, those idiots were done passing the ball around. All of them jogged into the locker room, but a sweaty Clay ran up to me.

CLAY:
"Hey Georgina."

I instantly rolled my eyes and looked up at him.

GEORGE:
"Are you finally done?"

CLAY:
"Yep. Just gotta take a shower." He raised his eyebrows, "Wilbur told me about your date tonight on the field."

I scoffed.

GEORGE:
"Yeah yeah, I talked to him, we're going to hang out tonight then I'll give him and Y/N my permission, blah blah blah, can you go shower now? You smell and look like ass."

CLAY:
"If you hug me first." He grinned while spreading his sweaty, dirt filled arms.

I cringed and slipped my phone into my pocket.

GEORGE:
"No."

He fake pouted like an idiot.

CLAY:
"Georgie c'mon." He whined.

GEORGE:
"You're a literal child." I blinked slowly at him.

Clay wheezed and shook his head then walked away, making me release my breath. Suddenly, he ran back to me and engulfed me in a tight hug, making his dirtiness get all over me.

GEORGE:
"Clayyy—" I groaned then pushed him away, all while he laughed, "Fuck you."

CLAY:
"You would."

I rolled my eyes one last time before he finally left me alone.

After some time, Clay came out of the locker room, meeting me back at the bleachers.

CLAY:
"You ready to go?"

GEORGE:
"I've been ready for a while now." I raised my eyebrows, grabbed my backpack and stood up.

CLAY:
"Let's go home. We need to get you looking hot for Wilbur." He joked with a smile, making me roll my eyes.

GEORGE:
"I'm annoyed that Y/N and Nick are hanging out together alone." We began walking to the front of the school.

Clay's smile faded.

CLAY:
"Well, today's their day to hang out. Tomorrow's mine and hers..." His voice quieted down while looking nervously at me.

GEORGE:
"I'm not annoyed they're hanging out together, idiot. I'm annoyed because they left me alone with you for company."

He instantly wheezed, his smile returning.

CLAY:
"Oh c'mon now."

GEORGE:
"Oh c'mon now." I mocked his voice, making him wheeze more.

•••••

Eventually, Clay and I made it home to our houses next door to each other. For the next few hours, I focused on my homework.

Once the clock hit 7:50pm, Clay bursted in through my door, making me jump and shoot my head to him.

CLAY:
"We need to talk." He spoke in a serious tone, resulting in my eyes widening a little.

GEORGE:
"O—Okay..." I mumbled nervously.
