More tears streamed down my cheeks.
GEORGE:
"Y/N," He held my hands in his, squeezing them to calm me down, "Your parents worked so hard to get to where they are now. Yes, winning the lottery was luck, but your mom literally used to be homeless until your dad showed up."My eyes widened as my lips parted in shock. My brows furrowed together.
Y/N:
"What...?" I whispered. His eyes widened too.
GEORGE:
"They never told you...?"Y/N:
"No..." I shook my head as I swallowed hard, I bit the inside of my lip, "I guess they really don't tell us anything about their lives..."I slowly split apart my hands from George's. I took a seat on the side of my bed while setting my head down.
Y/N:
"I ran into Minx tonight, at the restaurant...she was the reason why I met you guys..." I said quietly.George soon sat down next to me as his eyes widened more.
Y/N:
"Her barbie doll got thrown into the road where my mother was driving...she didn't want to run over it, so she swerved her car into a pothole...making her get that flat tire...making her late to picking me up from the park that day...Minx has always been a part of the story...I was just too selfish and self-centered to see it..."My tears didn't stop rolling down my cheeks.
Y/N:
"I never gave her that barbie back...it was the last thing she had of her mom and I...I never gave it back..." I whispered with a frown, "My family won the lottery when she needed it more..."George placed his hand on top of my shaking hand, I didn't realize it was shaking until now.
GEORGE:
"Look at me..."I turned my head to the left and met his eyes as my lip quivered.
GEORGE:
"You were a little girl..." He shook his head, "You saw that doll as something magical and good...you didn't know what it meant to Minx..."My lips curled down farther.
GEORGE:
"And your parents winning the lottery, you couldn't have controlled that whatsoever...that was pure luck and...with all the luck we've had this year, maybe them winning it was a good thing..."I sighed while shutting my eyes, letting more tears fall to my thighs.
GEORGE:
"Y/N, only a good person wonders if they're a bad one...a true bad person doesn't care who they hurt, but you do...when you hurt people, you don't do it on purpose, and you regret it immediately...you're not a bad person..." He whispered.I turned my hand around and intertwined our fingers, squeezing his love tightly while shutting my eyes just as tight.
My breathing became heavier, I shut my eyes tighter. I instantly knew what was happening, since it happened so many other times before.
Y/N:
"G—George..." I took deep breaths, but my body still wouldn't calm down.Luckily, George knew what to do instantly.
He grabbed me by the cheeks and kissed me, making me hold my breath, just like the first time it happened, when our first kiss happened.
He kissed me in a beautiful way, with his beautiful love. Our lips slowly became in competition with each other. I slowly leaned back into my bed and he followed my lead.
Now, my head was against my pillows with George hovering over me. Our kiss soon grew heated, which I preferred, it helped me calm down more. I raised my hands to cup his cheeks now, licking his lips as a request to make out. My best friend parted his lips and soon, our tongues were intertwined.
