Her eyes widened as she realized her nickname for him suddenly slipped out of her mouth. She hasn't done that before. Even if they were together, she felt embarrassed about it.
But when she found out he didn't seem to hear her, she took the chance to scurry off towards Elliott's room and closed the door after she ushered her non-biological and non-adopted brothers to get dressed before they could even have the chance to tease her about it.
Little did she know, Number Five was actually grinning for a moment whilst he washed his hands.

"So me and Y/N found a way home." Five chimed, reaching for his necktie after he turned off the sink faucet. He tied the accessory around his neck in a hurry as they didn't have much time.
Two of his siblings were appalled to hear about it, "What? How?" Luther asked as he fixed the buckle of his belt.
Y/N paced out of Elliott's room, in her new shirt and headed for the fridge, "It's not really important, but Five made a deal to get back to our time period." She answered after grabbing a pitcher of water to pour herself some in a glass to drink.
"What about doomsday?" Diego questioned. He still wore a black tank top underneath his jacket. "Won't happen." Five replied, tucking in the tie in his vest.
"And the 2019 apocalypse?"
"Everything will be back to normal." The boy alleged, "All right? No more questions." Once he finished propping up his clothes, he walked out of the bathroom, "We gotta go. We have to find the others, right?"
"Yeah."
Five turned to grab his blazer that was hanging on the chair behind him before instructing his brothers, "Luther, you get Allison."
"Okay." Spaceboy replied.
The boy turned to his other brother, "Diego, Klaus. Y/N and I will get Vanya." He continued as he put on his blazer, "Now, we meet back in the arrival alley in 77 minutes."
Y/N walked up to them the watches she had synchronized to hand one to each of them. "Here. I've synchronized these watches. Don't be late." She declared while she wore hers on her wrist.
"Okay, let's do this." Luther piped up as he took the watch she handed to him.
As both Five and Y/N were about to leave, Diego couldn't help but feel skeptical about their state a moment ago when they arrived, "Whoa, whoa, whoa, hold on." He hollered, making Y/N internally groan after she read his mind. "Diego, your doubting about our blood stained physique a while ago at a wrong time." She blurted out, not having any form of nonsense anymore.
But Diego still questioned about it, "The both of you show up drenched in blood and expect us to believe everything's gonna go back to normal if we go home now?"
"Elliott just got killed because of us." Five snapped. Just like the girl, he wasn't having it anymore. It wasn't the time for interrogation. Yet his brother still went on, "What about Dad? What about JFK?"
Five frowned at the man with just a little tolerance left in his system. "Diego, we have a chance to go home and make things right. We are taking it." He snapped.
Eventually, Diego understood. Despite the fact the president would get killed, he didn't have a choice. He wanted to go home after all. "I have to say goodbye to Lila first." But he had one thing he was hoping he could accomplish before leaving.
As he said this, Y/N exclaimed a sigh, "Can't you take a hint? Lila doesn't even care about you, Diego!" She barked, "She never did and never will. She's a part of the Commission." She pointed out.
Though Diego didn't want to believe it, "No way. Not possible." He resisted. Unbelievable. The girl thought as she turned away, "I'll wait in the car." She grumbled whilst walking towards the stairs, muttering how stubborn and sensitive are the others at the wrong place as well as at the wrong time. Although Diego felt bad, he didn't back down still.
After the boy glanced at her before she was out of sight, he face his stubborn brother again, "She was just using you to get to me." He emphasized, "You're the Oswald of this story, my friend." He said, before he started walking away, "The goddamned patsy."
"You don't know what you're talk--"
The boy's patience was fully gone after hearing Diego intervene once more. He was caught off guard when Five jumped back over to Diego, "If you don't do this, I'll kill you myself." He snarked, "Got it?"
He didn't wait for a reply from his brother as he blinked out once again, leaving Diego tongue-tied and speechless.
Luther walked up to him as he sighed heavily, "Women, am I right?"
Meanwhile, Y/N leaned back on the passenger seat with her arms folded. Staring straight ahead, her leg bounced up and down while she waited for Five. She decided to try and quit the habit of picking on her lips, although it was tempting.
She didn't want to think of anything for a moment. All she wanted to focus on now was getting Vanya and the others so they could go home. Believe it or not, she was getting homesick even though being in the 60s time period was a dream come true for her.
Soon enough, Number Five appeared seating on the driver's seat in a whoosh. He started the car through hotwire without a word and revved up the engine. "You ready to go?" He asked the girl.
Before answering, she propped herself on her seat and stuck her arm out to lightly slap the door, "Let's go."

Vanya took a turn on the freeway hurriedly. She needed to get back to Sissy and Harlan. They needed to leave. If they didn't Sissy's husband, Carl, would send his son away.
She didn't want that. For all she knew, that home center could possibly torture Harlan to death.
It panicked Vanya when the road suddenly felt longer than the time she drove with Carl. It was almost as if someone kept on building a chunk of a road as she got closer. It gave her a stressful headache.
She took a left turn to end up on the road surrounded by grass fields that haven't been freshly cut. Just a couple more kilometres and she was about to take another left.
When she did, Vanya caught a glimpse of Five and Y/N in another car intersecting with hers.

Random thought:
If I cry for no apparent reason, does that make me crazy or dramatic? Or I probably suffered from mental illness (much like PTSD or depression) in a past life that when I stare into space, I start tearing up all of a sudden.. I know that's not how those mental illnesses work but it could be possible..
Wow, that went deep..
