Finding Myself

It was my second day of grounding and I was so bored, I really wanted to go visit Samuel, but Luke was really strict

I learned my lesson on not running away ,but he says he needs to follow through with my punishment

I was sitting on a bar stool in the kitchen,while Luke was cooking dinner

" Tomorrow can we go to see Samuel?" I ask

" Tomorrow I got work ,we can this weekend ok " he said

" But that's two days away!" I whine

" No whining,I know you can be patient Isabella"

" Being stuck in a house , doesn't make me patient" I roll my eyes , but he doesn't see ...luckily

" Please don't give me attitude, you just got punished for something else ,don't make me punish you again" he said while scooping dinner

" That's not fair ,I haven't done anything wrong " I complain

" I don't see why you never know when your doing something wrong ,have I let you get away with stuff I shouldn't have , do I need to be stricter with you?"

" No , it's just I'm bored from being in the house and I wanna see Samuel" I say

" I got work to do ,we can go this weekend, now eat your dinner " he sets the plate of food in front of me

" What if you drop me off before you go to work ,then pick me up when your done" I beg with my eyes and smile

" No Isabella ,not by yourself ,thats out of the question"

" Please I'm more then capable to take care of my self for a few hours ,plus his grandma's there " I say

" Isabella ,the answers no ,now eat " he says

" But what if you..." I started to say but he cut me off

" If you ask me one more time Isabella,I'm gonna spank you ,is that what you want ?" He asks

" Nooo!" I almost yell

" Then stop asking , do I make myself clear ?"

" Yes "

" Good now eat your dinner "

The next day Luke left for work but you know what he did , yup you guessed it , he took me with him , he doesn't trust me I guess

He woke me up this morning too

" Isabella ,sweetie ,it's time to wake up ,come on , your gonna go to work with me "

" Umm ,one more minute" I toss a pillow at him and he bodges it

" Wow there tiger , come on ,up and at them " he grabs my blankets and pulls them off of me

" Ok ,ok I'm up !" I say

" Ok get dressed and eat breakfast and pack a few things to keep you busy today while I'm working "

" Ok " I say before I go to the bathroom to dress for the day

Wait a minute , why was Luke in a police uniform? Oh no ,this can't be happening ! What if they find out I am an ophan ,then they take me away from Luke and I'll never see Samuel ever again

"No , I'm not going " I say to myself as I climb back in bed .....

" Isabella !" I felt a sting to my backside

" Ouch ,what was that for !" I yell ,I fell back asleep without me knowing and I guess that's how he found me ,instead of doing what he said

" That ,was for disobeying me ! Now get moving ,before I'm late for work !" He says sternly

" I'm not going "

" Excuse me !"

" I said I'm not going!"

" You have no choice,now hurry up Isabella!"

" I'm not going and you can't make me"

" Isabella I am the adult here! What I says goes ,now move!"

" No!"

" Do you want a spanking?"

" No !"

" Then I suggest you move and go get ready"

" I don't wanna go ,they will take me away and put me in an orphanage!"

I run pass him and down the stairs

" Isabella!!!!"
