Finding Myself

" Izzy?"

I open my eyes and I'm in my room at Ethan's house

" Izzy?"

" Umm" I hum trying to fully wake up

I turn to see who's saying my name and it was Ethan

" Baby , I'm missed you , how you feeling?" He asks

To be honest ,I don't remember what happened after they tried to kill me

I felt well rested actually and I wasn't in any pain

" Better"

" That's great " he says and comes skittle closer to me

" Umm Izzy , I'm really sorry about what happened last week , you haven't been up much ,so I haven't been able to tell you sorry "

What's he apologizing for?

" Sorry for what ?" I ask

He looks at me

" Oh , umm well , you know if you don't remember,it might be best not to remind you of it " he said sadly

Wait ...

Flashback*

Please don't leave me ,where's the comfort when you need it

Sammy didn't make it out the door because he was pushed back in by Nick and Henry ,followed by Ethan

What's happening!

" How dare you do this to my daughter without paying the price!!" Ethan yells

" Hey ...uh let's just talk this out man " Nick says

Ethan's is coming closer to the scared men and Sammy came to me

" There will be no forgiveness" Ethan says and punches Nick and then Henry knocking them both off their feet

He got on the ground and doesn't stop punching them ,making their face all blooding

" Ethan! " Sammy yells

" Ethan stop!"

Just then the door opens and in walks Luke

" What in the.." he says ,then jumps over to where Ethan's is and pulls him off the men

" What's going on!?" Luke asks

" Those men tried to kill my daughter!!" Ethan angerly points to them and pulls away from Luke and goes to punch them again but Luke grabs him

" Stop Ethan! I know your angry ,but this is not the way to do things " Luke says

I just stare in shock at the scene unfolding in front of me

" Get air !" Luke says and pushes him towards the door

Ethan looks at me sadly

" I'm sorry baby" he says and goes out the door before I see him cry

Luke follows him out and comes back a minute later with the security guard and they pick the men up and drag them out the room

" It's ok Isabella, they gone , everything is gonna be ok now ,I promise"

He reaches over and hugs me

End of flashback*

" Ethan it's ok " I say

" Baby they just made me so angry , just the thought of them even trying to end your life ,scared me , I'm sorry"

He leans in to hug me and cry's in my shoulder ,I wrap my arms around him

" It's ok ... Dad" I say

He looks up at me and smiles

" I love you dad , thanks for always being there for me and never giving up on finding me " I say

" I love you more and someone needs to take care of you, and that's my job and I love it"

We both stay hugging each other for the next few minutes

I'm finally free ,I'm finally able to call this place my home and I finally have a family ...
