Finding Myself

I went downstairs and saw Samuel sitting on the sofa , I walked up to him

" Samuel, I'm sorry about how I treated you , I know you lost someone dear to you and I know how you feel. You just hurt me ,when you shoved me away"

" Isabella I'm sorry too , I should of never pushed you and cursed in your face like that "He says

He reached over and gave me the hug I tried to give him days ago

I loved his scent , the feeling of his arms around me , I just melt in his hold

" I am never gonna treat you like that ever again " he says

" Sammy ?"

" Umm ?"

" What does it mean if Luke adopted you ,but not me ?"

" Umm I don't know Bella" he used a nickname for me, I love it

" Bella?" I ask

" Yes that's your nickname for you ,sense you don't have one , do you like it ? "

The next week went by fast , summer was now over and Luke said we are going back to school next week

I was nervous ,after all ,I went to the cheapest school around , I dont know if I'm smart , what if I get bullied?

Luke took us school shopping and got us everything we were gonna need and now tomorrow was my first day back to school

Luke was tucking me in for the night

" Luke , what if I don't like it there?"

" You will ,I promise"

" What if I want to go home ,when I'm there ?"

" You have to stay in school ,it's part of growing up "

" But can I go home whenever I want ? "

" No"

" But what if...."

"Enough questions, your going to school , and you will love it ok , now go to sleep , you gotta wake up early for the bus"

" Ok goodnight"

My alarm went off and startled me , I was not used to it

I drag myself out of bed and slowly got ready , ughh I just don't wanna go

After I got ready I walk downstairs and both Luke and Samuel were already eating breakfast

" What took you so long , slowpoke" Samuel says

" Haha very funny , the bus isn't even coming for another ten minutes" I say

" Hurry eat " Luke says pushing a plate of pancakes towards me

" You made pancakes?!" I say with excitement, normally I would refuse to eat breakfast,but pancakes ? I love those things

" It is your first day of school ,thought I could make a somewhat special breakfast "

" Thanks Luke " I say as I grab bite fulls of them and grab my bag

" Bye Luke , see you later " I give him a hug and Samuel and I head out the door

We didn't have to wait long ,before the bus came , Samuel walked in first because I hesitated , but I gained my courage and walked in

The driver closed the doors and I felt traped in a way , like there's no going back

I make my way to try and find a seat

" Aww look at her ,she's so shy...its disgusting" some kids say as they smirk and point at me laughing

I push pass them and find an open seat and the bus starts heading off

This is exactly why I hate school......
