Instead of holding the reunion at one of our houses, we decided to hold it at a place we had all grown fond of throughout our time at the X Factor - the Corinthia. We’d all been back to the hotel on numerous occasions for different reasons but today was a little different. Today was the first time we had all been reunited since New Years Eve 2014 - almost three years ago. A lot had happened since then.
As I began getting ready in the hotel room I was sharing with George, I couldn’t help but grin as I looked at my body in the mirror. Standing in the middle of the bathroom in just my underwear, I was beaming as I placed my hands over my bump. I had just hit fifteen weeks - nearly half way through my pregnancy - and my bump was becoming pretty obvious. It looked just like the bump I had with Katy, only slightly bigger. I cupped my hands around my bump one last time before taking the dress I had chosen for the occasion that was hanging up on a hanger on the back of the bathroom door. It was nothing over the top. It was a nice and simple white floaty halter neck dress that had a band of jewels that rested above the bump. It exaggerated the fact I had a baby bump from the side but as a frontal view, you couldn’t tell I had a bump at all. Since George and I had both agreed that we wouldn’t officially announce the pregnancy until I was at least twenty weeks gone, it looked like I was going to have to be sticking to standing with my front to everyone for the entire night.
Once I was dressed, which was more of a challenge than I first hoped, I began on my hair. I was planning on going for the whole shebang and having my hair in a fancy up-do but after the hassle I had to deal with when trying to zip the back of the dress up without any help, I decided to just take my hair out from the messy bun it had been in for the past two hours since getting out of the bath and decided to run the straighteners over it.

Stepping into the sparkly Louboutins that I used to be able to wear effortlessly, I soon realised this pregnancy thing was twice as bad as it was when I was pregnant with Katy. My feet had ballooned up like a clown and I couldn’t fit into the shoes I had brought - the only shoes I had with me that would go with the dress.
I walked back into the bathroom, grabbing my phone off the counter where I had been sat doing my make-up and unlocked the screen to see that it was already six o’clock. We were meeting everyone in the bar area at half six for a meal and drinks in the reception area that Melanie had booked for us all. I began to panic over what I was going to do. I couldn’t go down to dinner in the same pair of white converse that I had shown up in three hours before.
“Answer your bloody phone,” I growled as I waited for George to pick up on the other end as I held my phone to my ear, pacing back and forth.
“Hey. It’s George. Sorry I can’t get to the phone but leave a message and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.”
“Typical,” I sighed before dialling the second resort.
“Hello,” the voice answered instantly.
“Chloe, are you in Central London still?” I asked without even taking a breath.
“Yeah. Just getting Joel some more clothes. Why?”
“I don’t suppose you could get me some heels please. I can’t even get in these Loubs and the reunion thing starts in less than half an hour.”
“Don’t worry about it,” Chloe replied. “I’m on Oxford Street now so I’ll head to Topshop now. What colour?”
“Silver or white,” I smiled. “You’re a life-saver.”
“Don’t worry about it. What room number are you in? I’ll drop them off when I’ve got them.”
