Birthday Confusion

"Why are you freaking out? Just pick something." Yazoo complained impatiently, with Loz who just stood there oblivious looking around the large outdoor mall.
"It's her birthday today, and I forgot to get her a gift." Kadaj said, sounding frantic. "I forgot my girlfriend's birthday!"
"We don't know the first thing about birthdays, I think she'll cut us some slack." Yazoo said, crossing his arms.
"But, Yazoo." Loz interjected. "She got us stuff for Christmas when she didn't have to. Shouldn't Kadaj do something nice back to repay her?"
"He has a point." Kadaj said, making Yazoo roll his eyes.
"Well, then hurry up." Yazoo said, "You don't want to be late to her party."
Kadaj paused,
"She has a party?" He asked, Yazoo gave him a strange look.
"Uh, yeah?" Yazoo said, "Cloud called Loz and I last night."
"Yeah, her friends are throwing her a party at Seventh heaven." Loz added, Kadaj still looked lost.
"And they didn't invite me?" Kadaj asked, sounded very panicked. "I'm her boyfriend!"
"Looks like (Y/n) doesn't get a gift or her boyfriend for her birthday." Yazoo smirked, "How sad."
"It was probably a mistake." Loz tried to help, but Yazoo just wasn't in the best of moods.
"Or she didn't want you there." Yazoo teased.
Loz elbowed Yazoo's side, making him flinch and groan.
"Ow!"
"You're meaner than usual today." Loz stated, crossing his arms. "I think you need to eat."
"Shut it." Yazoo hissed.
Kadaj just stared in complete confusion at his brothers, knowing they weren't going to help the situation at all. He still had to worry about getting (Y/n) a gift, and ask why no one told him there was a party. But just then, he felt his phone vibrate. He pulled out his phone, making his brothers stop arguing, he then answered the phone.
"Hello?"
"Kadaj, it's Cloud." Cloud yelled from his side of the phone, making Kadaj jump.
"Yes?" Kadaj asked, hearing loud yelling and music from the other side of the phone.
"I forgot to tell you, we're throwing a party at the bar for (Y/n). Can you make it?" Cloud asked, Kadaj rolled his eyes.
"You invited my brothers but forget to invite me? (Y/n)'s boyfriend?" Kadaj asked, obviously very annoyed.
"Uh..yeah, sorry about that." Cloud said, awkwardly. "But can you come?"
"Yes, I can." Kadaj stated.
"Good, let your brother's tell you the time." Cloud said, "But, I have to go!"
With that, Cloud hung up the phone.
Kadaj looked back at the phone, and back at his brothers.
"Well, I was finally invited." Kadaj said, closing his phone and placing it in his pocket.
"Good, now can you hurry?" Yazoo asked, crossing his arms.
"You know, you two have to get her a present too, right?" Kadaj smirked, making his brothers stop.
"What." Yazoo said, flatly.
"We do?" Loz asked, shocked.
"Yeah, she wanted to see what you two would get her." Kadaj said, Yazoo's eyes instantly widened. "She's very excited about it."
"Why didn't you tell me?" Yazoo almost yelled, he then instantly turned and booked it down the street. "We'll meet back here in ten!"
"Yeah!" Loz yelled, running in the complete opposite direction as Yazoo. Kadaj just stood there, confused but very much amused.

"So happy you three made it!" Yuffie said, excitedly. "And, sorry for not inviting you till this morning, Kadaj. Cloud was in charge of invitations."
"Mmhm." Kadaj nodded, rolling his eyes. Yuffie nervously rubbed the back of her neck.
"Your girlfriend is by Vincent." Yuffie said, pointing over to where Vincent was.
Kadaj just moved past Yuffie, wanting to find where his girlfriend was. There were many people at the party, which made it ever difficult for him to move. Seventh heaven wasn't a very big bar, and the decorations were very much lacking.
