Yazoo's Voice
"I'm sorry Loz, but I had no other choice!" (Y/n) yelled, Loz threw his arms back In annoyance.
"Yeah, you did!" Loz fired back, crossing his arms while shaking his head. Yazoo and Kadaj just smirked as they watched their brother's small tantrum.
"Well, I'm sorry. I had no other choice but to choose that." (Y/n) said, trying not to smile.
"You had three choices! Three!" Loz yelled, not at all impressed.
"Well, I said I would Kiss Kadaj, Marry Yazoo and kill you." (Y/n) said, "If there was another choice, I would pick that."
"You could've killed Kadaj." Loz mumbled, making (Y/n) giggle. "I hate this game!"
(Y/n) got up from her seat, grabbing her cup for a quick refill.
"So, you would marry me?" A velvet voice asked, (Y/n) turned around, seeing a smirking Yazoo.
"Is that a problem?" She asked, he shook his head.
"Not at all." He said, "It just shocks me that you wouldn't want to settle down with Kadaj."
"Kadaj is sweet, but you seem like husband material." (Y/n) smirked, taking a sip of her drink.
"How is one "husband material?" Yazoo asked, his head slightly cocked to the side. (Y/n) thought for a second, thinking of characteristics that could describe a husband.
"Well, all husbands are different. I picked you because we seem to have the most potential."
"Potential?" He asked, (Y/n) nodded.
"Yeah, I find you attractive and I find your protective nature very comforting. You're also scary as hell."
Yazoo chuckled at the statement, slightly shaking his head at the flattery.
"It makes me happy to hear you say that." Yazoo said, his voice not even sounding excited. (Y/n) giggled at this.
"Yet, you still sound like you're having trouble deciding on if you want to kill me or not." (Y/n) remarked, Yazoo tilted his head to the side.
"Is my voice a problem?" He asked,
"No, it's just your tone. You have the tendency to sound, well..aloof." (Y/n) said, taking a sip of her drink. "Your voice is also scary as hell.
"Is it a problem?" Yazoo asked, clearing his throat. (Y/n) shook her head,
"I think it's cute." She said, "I love your voice, Yazoo."
She kissed his cheek, and walked passed him, sitting down with her friends.
Yazoo thought for a second, was his voice that weird? Or was it him just overthinking? Was that how she viewed him? Scary and aloof? Since Yazoo and (Y/n) weren't in a relationship yet, why should he be so concerned about what she thought? Yes, they have established that they had feelings for one another, but they haven't started to court yet. But, Yazoo wanted her to feel comfortable with him, not scared. So, he was going to change that. He sighed, walking back to his brothers.
"What's up, bro's?' Yazoo exclaimed, sitting down, Kadaj gave Yazoo a look of confusion.
"Uh..hi?." Kadaj said, skeptically.
"Do either of you want another drink, it's on me." Yazoo said, his brothers gave each other a look of confusion, since Yazoo's voice sounded very enthusiastic.
"Uh..we're good." Kadaj raised an eyebrow, Loz nervously took a sip from his drink.
"Alright then." Yazoo picked up his cup, taking one last sip before placing it back on the table.
"Uh..Yazoo?" Kadaj started, "Your voice?"
"What about it?" Yazoo asked, a little too loud.
"I-It sounds different.." Kadaj trailed off, Loz nodded frantically.
"Well, (Y/n) said my voice sounded too scary. So, I'm changing it." Yazoo said, trying to look more relaxed.
"I don't think she would say that." Kadaj said.
"In her words I quote "Your voice is also scary as hell." Yazoo tried to do an impression of (Y/n)'s voice, which sounded terrifying.
"P-Please don't do that again." Loz stuttered, Kadaj shook his head.
"But what did she say after?" Kadaj asked, Yazoo thought for a second.
"She thought my voice was cute, and she loved it." Yazoo said, his cheeks turning pink.
"There, she said she liked your voice. Now, don't change it. You're freaking Loz out." Kadaj shook his head, Loz gave Yazoo a skeptical look.
"I want old Yazoo back." Loz complained, Yazoo rolled his eyes.
"Well, brother. Get used to it." Yazoo smirked, his voice sounding completely enthusiastic. Loz cringed
"Stop!" Loz yelled, making Yazoo chuckle.
"No."
"Yes!"
"No."
"(Y/n) broke our brother!" Loz got up and instantly made his way to (Y/n). Yazoo and Kadaj watched their brother quickly walk away from them.
"What a baby." Yazoo smirked, Kadaj rolled his eyes.
"He has a point." Kadaj said, taking a sip of his drink.
"Shut it." Yazoo glared, Kadaj put his arms up in defense.
"Whatever, just don't try to sell me anything." Kadaj smirked at his own remark, Yazoo glared.
"(Y/n)!" Yelled Loz, making her jump and turn around.
"Yes?" She asked, looking concerned.
"You broke Yazoo!" Loz exclaimed, (Y/n) raised an eyebrow.
"Huh?" She tilted her head.
"Come fix him, he sounds like a salesman!" Loz exclaimed, "It's scaring me."
"Uh..okay." (Y/n) hesitated, Loz then grabbed her hand and instantly walked her back to his brothers.
"Uh..Yazoo?" (Y/n) hesitantly walked over and beside Yazoo. "Loz said you're scaring him. What happened?"
"I don't know, Doll. You tell me." Yazoo smirked, his voice sounded very husky.
"You sound..different." (Y/n) commented, "Are you happy sounding like this?"
"Are you happy with this voice?" Yazoo countered.
"I'm happy if you're happy." (Y/n) said, "But you don't sound like my Yazoo."
"Y-Your Yazoo?" Yazoo stuttered, embarrassed.
"Of course, but if you like this voice. Then I like it too." (Y/n) then leaned in and kissed his lips, catching him by surprise. She then pulled away, Yazoo's cheeks were bright red. "But, if you don't. Then I wouldn't mind your regular voice."
He cleared his throat, putting his hand on his throat.
"I-It did hurt my throat." Yazoo stuttered, finally sounding back to normal.
"Maybe we should keep her around," Kadaj said, "You actually listen to her."
"Yeah!" Loz exclaimed, happy that his brother didn't sound weird anymore.
"Uh..if she doesn't mind." Yazoo hesitantly said, looking at her.
"I'm okay with it." (Y/n) smirked, leaning on his shoulder.
