Wedding Jitters
Since (Y/n) was engaged, the people of Midgar were shocked. Especially since everyone thought she would marry Cloud, but they soon excepted it. Which made dress shopping easier for her, Tifa and Yuffie had fun dressing her up.
"That's too revealing!" Tifa complained, Yuffie shook her head.
"It's scandalous, and everyone loves that!" Yuffie defended the dress she picked out for (Y/n).
"Um..Yiffie? I'm wearing pasties and lace. I'm not a stripper!" (Y/n) said, standing uncomfortably infront of the mirror.
"She can't wear that, if the wind even touched her, she'll flash the entire audience!" Tifa yelled, Yuffie huffed.
The sound of people rushing in, caused the girls to quickly look over to the entrance. The girls saw Yazoo and Loz, who had ran into the dress shop.
"We need help wi-(Y/n)?" Yazoo stopped mid sentence, his and loz's cheeks flushed red. He then covered his eyes, Loz did the same.
"I'm sorry!" He yelled, the girls screamed and ran to cover (Y/n).
"What do you need help with?!" Yuffie yelled.
"Vincent doesn't know what to wear!" Loz chimed in, his eyes still covered.
"Tell him, I have a suit picked out for him! It's at the store where Kadaj got his tux!" Yuffie yelled, both men nodded and ran out the door. (Y/n)'s cheeks were bright red, Tifa sighed in relief.
"Can we put her in a proper wedding dress?" She asked,
"Good idea." Yuffie agreed. "But this could be used for the honeymoon."
"Yuffie!" (Y/n) yelled.
Finally, they helped (Y/n) with her wedding dress. Much to the arguing of Yuffie and Tifa, (Y/n) just went off alone and found her dress. Which the girl absolutely loved, but next was finding makeup and finding the style of hair to do.
"Why not a bun?" Tifa suggested,
"Or a braid?" Yuffie asked.
"How about a loose braid that had some stand out and a veil that is also a barrette." (Y/n) said, smiling.
"Why are we even here?" Yuffie asked, sarcastically.
"It sounds beautiful, (Y/n). Let's go find a veil!" Tifa said, the girls got up and made their way to the stores. They only needed that Veil, and then they would be done. (Y/n) had to pack up her stuff, since now she was officially moving out of seventh heaven.
The sun was going down, (Y/n) put her stuff in boxes. She sighed, sitting on her bed and facing her almost empty room. Cloud hasn't been home in a long time, Tifa said. Meaning he didn't want to see her, which made (y/n) sad. When she announced her engagement to Kadaj, Cloud stormed out instantly.
"You're marrying him?"
"Cloud, I love him."
"I'm done. So done!"
"Stop, Cloud."
"Why? You never loved me, and now you're marrying a man that has the intention to destroy the planet!"
"He's changed!"
"Bullshit!"
"Cloud-"
(Y/n) heard knocking coming from her window, she slowly walked over and opened it. Kadaj popped his head through,
"Hello." He said, (Y/n) giggled, she opened the window wide enough to let him crawl through.
"Did you know it's bad luck to see the bride before the wedding?" She joked,
"You're marrying a remnant, I think we'll be fine." Kadaj teased, (Y/n) smiled. She then went to sit down on her bed,
"I just wanted to check if you're still willing to go through with this." Kadaj said, he walked over to (Y/n).
"I'm ready, why? You're having second thoughts?" She asked, Kadaj smiled and shook his head.
"Of course not." Kadaj kissed the top of her head, "I just want to make sure."
"Well, I'm ready. I'm just nervous, Yuffie picked the tallest heels I've ever seen." (Y/n) said, shaking her head. "I'm probably more nervous about falling on my face then marrying you." She sarcastically said, Kadaj laughed.
They both then heard motorcycles stop outside her window, breaking the two from their conversation. They then heard someone jump onto (Y/n)'s window.
"Send him out, (Y/n). Or we're coming in after him!" Loz warned, jumping back down, (Y/n) laughed. She then heard another person jump up to her window
"Don't worry, (Y/n). We'll give him back to you tomorrow." Yazoo teased, jumping down from her window.
"What do they mean?" She asked, Kadaj smiled.
"Just a bachelor's party." Kadaj smiled, he then brought her into a hug.
"A bachelor's party?" She asked, "will there be strippers?" She teased.
"Boring!" She heard Yazoo and Loz yelled, making her giggle.
"No, just going for a late night ride." Kadaj smiled, (Y/n) could hear the motorcycle's start up.
"Okay." She smiled, "But you better go, before they break my house."
She gently nudged Kadaj towards the window, he turned around and kissed her forehead.
"I'll see you at the altar." Kadaj smiled down at her, moving a piece of hair from her face.
"I'll be the one in white." (Y/n) teased,
"Very specific." Kadaj joked, he then jumped down and reunited with his brothers. They laughed, playfully roughing eachother before getting on their motorcycle's and disappearing into the night.
