Meeting The Family
(Y/n) was always there for Cloud during his period of isolation, she knew he had to have own time to grieve and process everything. But why did she have to do the one thing that would drive Cloud crazy, she fell in love with Kadaj. But, since they weren't supposed to be together, they kept it a secret. Kadaj kept his secret affair with (Y/n) a secret from his brothers, which was almost an impossible task.
(Y/n)'s friends were like her family, going behind their back and having a secret relationship with Kadaj was almost too painful to continue. But, she loved Kadaj, alot. So, how could she make both parties happy? Cloud would surely freak if he found out what she was doing, so would Kadaj's brothers. It was such a confusing situation, that when Kadaj and (Y/n) would see eachother in public, they couldn't say anything to eachother.
"Hey, (Y/n)." Vincent's voice called, (Y/n) looked up from looking at the many items that was at one of the vendor's booths.
"Yes?" She asked, casually picked up a beautiful necklace from the pile.
"We should get back soon, it's going to get dark soon." Vincent grabbed at one of the bags that (Y/n) was holding, she smiled in thanks.
"Okay, I'll finish this up." (Y/n) took one last look at the necklace, she placed back on the table and waved and vender.
Vincent placed a hand on her shoulder, making her stop in her tracks.
"Vincent?" She asked, looking up at him.
"Kadaj is watching us." Vincent said, his eyes locked on the silver haired man. (Y/n), saw Kadaj from a distance. His hair was in front of his face, and his eyes were locked with Vincent's.
"He's not bothering anyone. Let's get back." (Y/n) pulled Vincent away from Kadaj's stare, he nodded but have Kadaj a skeptical look, but he walked after (Y/n).
"Hey!" A voice called, getting (Y/n)'s attention. She got up, not knowing where the voice was coming from. "Let me in!"
(Y/n) mentally sighed in relief, she walked to her window and saw Kadaj. She opened it and popped her head out, smiling as she came face to face with him.
"What are you doing?" She asked, welcoming him in.
"Am I not allowed to see you?" He asked, closing the window once he was inside.
"You're definitely allowed, but I thought you would've been busy tonight." (Y/n) said, Kadaj placed a hand under her chin, gently lifting her head up to look at him.
"I had time, Yazoo is busy doing a task I asked him to do and Loz can keep himself busy."
"Can you stay the night?" She asked, hopefully.
"Sure." He smiled down at her, she then wrapped his arms around his neck, gently pulling him towards her. Their lips gently brushed together, (Y/n) went to pull away but Kadaj kept her still. He roughly placed his lips on hers, wanting to take In every single second that the two have.
Later that night, (Y/n) layed in his arms with her head on his chest. She was asleep for about two hours now, and Kadaj couldn't help but smile at the way she slept. He played with her hair, gently twirling it around his fingers. Gently kissing the top of her head, he pulled her closer to him. (Y/n) yawned, she blinked, and looked up at him.
"Sorry," Kadaj apologized, "I didn't mean to wake you."
"It's fine, " (Y/n) yawned, "But I wanted to talk about something."
"What is it?" Kadaj asked, (Y/n) sat up on her bed, but Kadaj still layed down.
"I want to tell my friends that we're together." (Y/n) stated, Kadaj's breath shortened, he then sat up.
"Really?" He asked, nervously rubbing the back of his head.
"Well, would that be something you'd be okay with?" She asked, looking at him.
Kadaj looked to be in deep thought, his mind wondered about the multiple outcomes that could happen. Would they accept him? Or would they force the two the separate? And more importantly, how long could he go without the feeling of the reunion ruining everything? Because of (Y/n), his mind was so occupied by her and her alone. But, did he really want to add that much stress to her?
