The group was walking for twenty minutes, they talked amongst themselves. Cloud and (Y/n) were ahead of the group, leading away. Every now and again, (Y/n) would look back, she saw that Yazoo would always be staring at her. Which made her heart race, she would then turn around and look at the beautiful scenery. The group then heard the sound of rushing water, (Y/n) looked up at Cloud with confusion. He smiled and pulled back a branch, that revealed a beautiful pool of water, with a small waterfall. The girls gasped, even Vincent was shocked.
"It's amazing!" Tifa exclaimed, Yuffie instantly grabbed at her bag to grab her camera. The three remnants even looked slightly shocked.
"How did you find this?" Reno asked, walking to the ledge.
"I was doing a delivery, and I just stumbled upon it." Cloud answered. (Y/n) turned to Cloud, she smiled up at him.
"It's beautiful!" She smiled, Cloud chuckled.
He then picked (Y/n) up bridle style, much to her surprise. (Y/n) let out a small scream, holding on to Cloud for dear life. He then walked to the waters edge, (Y/n) screamed knowing what was coming. She looked at the group for help, but Yuffie was recording the whole thing, while the rest watched with smiles on their faces.
"Cloud no!" (Y/n) yelled, making Cloud laugh. "I don't have a change of cloth-"
It was too late, Cloud jumped into the water, with (Y/n) in his arms. The cool water hit her skin, making her shiver. Cloud had let go of her, so they swam up to the service.
"You jerk!" (Y/n) jokingly yelled, splashing Cloud with water. This made him laugh, he splashed back. Reno, not wanting to be left out, he instantly jumped In, splashing the two.
"Is it cold, (Y/n)?" Vincent sarcastically asked, (Y/n) glared at him. She swam to him, she then put her hand out for him to grab.
"Help me out." She said, Vincent looked at the girls who smiled. He then reached his arm out for her to take, (Y/n) grabbed on. But without hesitation, she pulled on Vincent's arm, pulling him into the water. Loz was the first to start laughing, (Y/n) laughed too. She then went under the water, swimming away from Vincent. She resurfaced, seeing Vincent glaring at her.
After everyone jumped in, except for Yazoo and Kadaj. Loz didn't want to be left out, so he asked Kadaj If he could. Which he agreed, Loz smiled and jumped into the water. The girls went off to their own part of the water, while they men swam, and fooled around. (Y/n) pulled herself out of the water, leaving her feet in the water. While Yuffie, and Tifa stayed in the water.
"Do you guys find it weird that those three are here?" Yuffie asked, subtly pointing at Kadaj, Yazoo and Loz.
"Cloud wanted to invite them." Tifa remarked, (Y/n) looked across the water, seeing Yazoo looking at her. (Y/n) looked back at the water, nervously.
"The one with the long hair keeps looking at me." (Y/n) said, not daring to look at him.
"Yazoo?" Tifa asked, (Y/n) nodded.
"I think he likes you." Yuffie teased, (Y/n) rolled her eyes.
"I don't think so."
"Really? Because when Cloud threw you in the water, he was glaring at Cloud." Tifa said, making (Y/n) blush.
"Ooh, she's blushing." Yuffie teased, (Y/n) splashed Yuffie.
"Shut it!"
"Maybe we should try to get them into the water." Tifa suggested, (Y/n) nodded, getting back into the water.
They swam over to the two, (Y/n) then propped herself up on the ledge.
"You guys should jump in." Yuffie suggested, getting the two's attention. (Y/n)'s eyes locked with Yazoo's for a second before (Y/n) looked up at Kadaj.
"I'm good." Kadaj said, (Y/n) then smirked.
"Okay, but can I have some help? I'm getting cold and I want to get something from the truck." (Y/n) held her hand out for Kadaj to take. Kadaj looked at Yazoo, he then leaned down and grabbed (Y/n)'s hand, she then pulled. Kadaj fell into the water, the girls laughed, (Y/n) took the opportunity to get out of the water, so Kadaj wouldn't kill her. But she laughed, Kadaj resurfaced, not amused.
Yazoo chuckled at this, but little did he know that (Y/n) snuck behind him and pushed him into the water. He fell into water, (Y/n) put her arms, victorious. The girls laughed, while Kadaj couldn't help but laugh at Yazoo.
"I win!" (Y/n) yelled, Cloud, Reno, and Loz cheered.
"Nice one, (Y/n)!" Reno yelled, (Y/n) took a bow. She then saw Yazoo start getting out of the water,
"Oh shit!" (Y/n) then turned around and tried to run away. (Y/n) only got so far until Yazoo caught her, he lifted her up. (Y/n) screamed, she clung to Yazoo. Yazoo went to throw her in the water, but since she was holding on to him so tight, they both ended up in the water. Both of them resurfaced, (Y/n) laughed at Yazoo, who smirked and splashed her.
"Hey!" She recoiled, in response she splashed him back.
After everyone enjoyed the water, Cloud and Vincent started a fire. (Y/n) layed down, she looked into the flames, feeling it's warmth in her skin.
"(Y/n)?" Cloud called, (Y/n) looked up at him. "Want a blanket?"
"Please." (Y/n) said, Cloud nodded.
"Vincent, Reno and I are going to grab them from the truck." Cloud said, (Y/n) nodded. Yuffie and Tifa got up,
"We'll come with you." Tifa said, she then gave (Y/n) a wink.
"Loz and Kadaj, can you guys come help us?" Yuffie asked, (Y/n) nervously looked at Yuffie, who smirked.
"Okay?" Kadaj said, he then got up, Loz did the same. Cloud looked at the girls with confusion, he then spoke.
"I..I guess we'll be back shortly."
"Have fun, (Y/n)." Yuffie winked, making (Y/n) blush. Yazoo looked at (Y/n) and back at the group in confusion. The group then walked off.
"What was that about?" Yazoo asked, scooting closer to (Y/n).
"Oh, that.." (Y/n) nervously said, "It's.. nothing?"
"Very convincing." Yazoo said, not buying it. (Y/n) giggled at this, she then turned to him.
"I've noticed that you've been staring at me since you've showed up. Well, Yuffie has a suspicion that it's because you..like me."
Yazoo didn't say anything, he turned to the fire.
"Oh god, I made it weird. Didn't I?" (Y/n) asked, her cheeks turning red. "I better go."
She went to get up, but Yazoo stopped her by grabbing her arm.
"No, please stay." Yazoo said, (Y/n) blushed. She sat back down again, looking into his eyes.
"Yazoo?" (Y/n) questioned, but without hesitation, he pulled her in and kissed her. (Y/n)'s eyes widened, but she sunk into the kiss. She slowly wrapped her arms around his neck, making the two deepen the kiss. Yazoo then pulled away, he leaned his forehead against her's.
"I..I don't understand." (Y/n) stuttered out, confused and shocked.
"I've always found you fascinating, you were someone I always wanted to be close to." Yazoo said, "I've always loved you."
"I KNEW IT!" a voice yelled from the treeline.
"Good job for blowing our cover." Another voice said. Everyone emerged from the treeline, obviously spying on the two.
"Pay up." Yuffie stated, turning to Vincent, who begrudgingly took out five dollars.
"I'm embarrassed!" (Y/n) declared, putting her face in her hands. Yazoo put his arm over her.
"I'm pretty happy." Yazoo stated, making her blush more.
