Our families are about to leave in a few minutes and I can't bring myself to say goodbye to them , even though I'm aware that this might be my last time seeing them . I'm ashamed to the extent that I prefer to let them leave without seeing them off .

I faked a severe cramp an hour ago and excused myself claiming to want some rest. I told Caitlyn to intercede for me and make sure that no one attempts to wake me up , they should just leave in peace,I guess the pregnancy lie has its pros.

Ethan is probably still saying his goodbyes seeing as he hasn't barged in here yet to strangle me .

My phone suddenly pings interrupting my thoughts. it's Kam.

" Hey babe".

" Babe ?, That fast ?".

" Yep and soon you'll be wifey".

" Ha ha stop joking around,what's up?".

" Is everyone still there?".

" They are leaving, why?".

" Isn't it obvious?".

" What?".

" I want to take you out ".

" That's sweet and all but I'm not in the mood".

" Come on , it'll be fun I promise, our first date as a couple ".

" No sir " .

" *Gasping emoji*, did you know you only live once ?" .

His last text makes me throw my phone to the other side of the bed , I wish I was free spirited like Kam then my life would've been so great .

But if this really is my last day , shouldn't I spend it with someone who makes me happy?, If Ethan and Sarah are going to kill me then it'd be best to die with no regrets ,I'm sure it's possible to make the best memories in the next 8 hours with the person I like .

"Actually, I'm in " .

" Yaayi we persuaded her !!" .

" Whatever kid , should I get an Uber or will you pick me up ?" .

" As if I'd let you ride on an Uber , relax I'll be there in three , I was already on my way ,I had a feeling you'd agree" .

" Where are you taking me ?, Should I wear anything specific?" .

" Since you are a celebrity just wear casual clothes so that you won't get spotted easily, it's nothing too fancy. I booked the master suite at the Jin hotel" .

" Okay great , let me find a rope to escape with and I'll let you know if I make it "  .

" Lol, you have a sense of humour,hurry up , make sure you don't fall ".

I thoroughly check the coast before stepping out of the room , I can hear Ethan's voice at the front door , he is still saying his goodbyes to his parents, just as I suspected all of  my family members have already left.

I successfully make my way out of the house using the back door , thankfully Richard loves his phone than his job which makes it easy for me to exit by crawling past his tiny gate office.
